    Very busy. Utilize mobile and online banking or make an appointment! Much easier than walking in a waiting. If you do walk in, ask for Josh or Ben, they'll get you taken care of! :)

    The people are friendly enough but it seems like their policies make the process take forever. I did not receive a pin so I have had to go in twice to cash checks in my business account. Also there are times when I have to withdraw certain bills so I have had to come into deal with a person. Every time has ended with a long line after me and me feeling uncomfortable. One time I needed to cash a check. I had the amount to cover it in my account but they checked my ID a bunch of times and kept going to get a supervisor. Seems like there are a lot of banking options that would be faster and you could leave feeling a lot better about yourself. I think I will give them a few more chances and see if it changes and if not switch.

    I can’t get ahold of a person. When I’m having a financial issue, I don’t want to go online and research it myself. So I’m going to go with a different bank.

    In the last month or so I’ve gone to this branch with my sister about two time in the last month. I thought they had changed their staff for a short time period but turns out this staff is here to stay. They have made this branch so much better! Everything is so organized, the staff knows how to communicate and gets along well. It’s just an awesome atmosphere and place to be around. Another thing I’ve noticed is…. They finally got rid of the old security guard! I swear she had something going on with the old branch manager Roberto. Cuz the way they talked and the way he would look at her was just terrifying. The new security guard here is very helpful and knows a lot about the bank. Very sweet, very professional, and don’t have to question weather or not she would risk her life for the employees and customers here at the branch, not just the manager. I appreciate her the most for walking me to my car while after a large withdrawal. Something that the other guard said she couldn’t do. Anyways this new teams makes this location so much better! I actually enjoy coming here now.

    I've never had to set up an appointment to speak with somebody about simple account setup, but here you'll need to do so. Walk-in is still the way for most banks, but not this one?! Showed up early to my appointment but wasn't able to meet with the banker until 15 minutes after my appointment. The banker was not able to answer any of my questions and was rushed because our appointment went into the last one so I waited days for absolutely no help. Put your money somewhere else.

    Worst bank in the nation!!! It seems like they try and not help there customers. Its pointless to use them! Any time you out funds in your account. That is not cash they put an automatic 10 day hold on to "verify" the funds. You might as well just go to a check cashing establishment, cash your check and out it in a shoe box. This way you won't have to deal with useless pathetic people who pretend to be employees!!

    The people here are absolutely incompetent.. They don't honor their appointments, they rescheduled me 3 times and still won't help me. They close randomly and don't tell me despite my appointments. I'm complaining to their corporate office but I don't expect anything to change. What a joke. It's appalling

    we had to wait a long time but there was only 1 staff serving. Really unprofessional. I will rethink whether to use this bank again

    Terrible operating system, have no regards to customers getting over drafted (when I’m not signed up for that!) and say that there isn’t anything that they can do. I’m so glad this isn’t my only bank. I would not recommend this bank and def wouldn’t recommend this location for you to have to go through what I went through with Cierra Travis and Benjamin Norred. Sad times we live in.

    My card was stolen and I stopped by to pick up a temporary card until my real card came in the mail. Getting a temporary card takes less than 5 minutes & you activate it at the atm. They told me they couldn't do it because they didn't have any appts. Really, you need an appt to be handed an envelope with a card in it...
