I am writing this review because a Wells Fargo representative named Brooklyn, from the Foreign Currency Division, is just OUTSTANDING! We didn't get our Euros delivered to us on 15 July so I called and left a message and she called me back and, not answering because I didn't recognize the number, she left me a voice message and she was so Professional, Informative, helpful, and just NICE! I got all the information we needed to find out when our Euros will arrive. So impressed with this young Lady and she is a Wonderful Representative for Wells Fargo!!

Buried my parents this past weekend. I needed $475 to finish paying for the arrangements. On Friday I got an Arbitration Award against this bank. They have 30 days to pay the award. Checked with a lender to sell the award so i can settle up on the funeral cost and need their attorney to simply verify the facts and get the info for the eventual funds transfer. Their lawyers (#Severson&Werson) silently said FY! Wait had this bank not taken my money in the first place I wouldnt need them now. So i cant even get a loan to pay for the burial? Rachet!. It you wanna comment plz do.

One of the worst financial institutions in America. Through their own bureaucracy they are keeping my money hostage. Embarrassment to the industry. Recommend to bank elsewhere because sooner or later you will be on the receiving end of the worst service you have ever experienced.

They do fix problems but there is one agent name Haley that was extremely rude and disrespectful refused to let me speak with her supervisor and closed my card without my request. Very upsetting

Where’s the phone??? Can’t believe it’s so hard to just get the right one on the web and to not even find it here!!!! So frustrating

"BAIT & Switch" tactics at Wells Fargo are Alive & Well!! Be Careful when Choosing the Wells Fargo Visa Credit Card because the BENEFITS are NOT what they seem!. The BENEFITS center tells you that this card has Price Protection, Purchase Security, & Extended Warranty and when you file a claim, they deny the claim based on the fact that the Visa Card does NOT have these benefits!! I believe their CEO, Charlie Scharf, needs to know what customers are experiencing in their Credit Card business!! I would look at other Credit cards such as CapitalOne Mastercard that does have all of these Protection Benefits and great Customer Service too!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for more than 10 years and have never been able to get a loan despite my good standing with this financial institution. I think that it is absolutely deplorable that in the current climate and day and time that banks do not look at their customers as individuals and reach out and extend some type of help or assistance. Each person is based on a computer-generated number no matter what and that should not be the case. This by far is the worst form of customer service as they do not offer a review by an actual human being or look at the totality of what their denial is based on or the factors that the numbers are based on. No one ever follows up and offers an alternate just a computer-generated answer for all unless you are one of the fortunate who do not NEED it.

I was not approved for getting credit card while my FICO score was 739 and have never had any miss payment on my 9 accounts, just because I'm not permanent resident!!!

I have now turned it over to my attorney.
