I decided to go with James Argo because my Mom and Sister had used him in the past for a home loan and then for refinancing. When my wife and I decided to look for a home in October of 2020 I contacted James Argo and he walked me through what my families options were and what we would need to do to qualify for a loan and what we could comfortably afford. I had a lot of questions and James answered them patiently. Over the next 7 months I communicated with James every time we put an offer on the house or needed to make a change to our loan prequalification letter.
