I was beyond impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Natasha and her team. I am a huge fan of great customer service and I love giving credit when credit is due. Natasha did a loan for my mother-in-law who was purchasing a condo in San Francisco about two years ago. At that time I was personally assisting her so I dealt with both Natasha and Sarah during the process and they made it as easy and convenient as possible. Outstanding!

Natasha is a rock star mortgage broker! My husband and I were first time home buyers in San Francisco and we were rapidly being priced out of the market. We visited our local WF Bank, but the guy never got back to us with the promised preapproval letter. Frustrated, we started to search online for recommended brokers. We found Natasha and never looked back. Her communication was always quick and clear. She understood that we were busy people, not always patient, and didn’t have a lot of time to dither around and wait for things to get done. She moved our paperwork quickly and hooked us up with an amazing realtor who previewed places for us, which was a great time saver. We feel like we just bought the last affordable house in San Francisco! Kudos to Natasha and her team!

My first time writing a review on something/someone. Natasha is a great loan broker we were fortunate to work with. She is very timely and detail oriented. She really walked through the whole pre-approval process step by step with me and my husband when we were applying for our first home purchase. She provided us with a great spread sheet of our possible loan options that really gave us good idea of what we were trying to do- getting the right kind of loan for us. Thanks to her hard work and diligence, we were able to make a quick offer to a house we were interested with pre-approval , and we got it! Without her help, we wouldn't have be able to even get pre-approved in time to make an offer to the house that is now our first home. Natasha is really awesome. I won’t be in a position to buy a home for two more years, but she was very generous with her time in advising me how to make it happen!
