I’m on my son’s account, but I have to say this company and their customer service skills are extremely professional and interpersonal. I never had a bad experience with them, and I never will. I called them in regards to a minor issue, and their troubleshooting skills were outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received from these people. I believe it was Kim who handled the situation. She knows what she’s doing, and so do her other colleagues. Thank you very much to all who are there for your clients and customers. You’ve made my night.

Tom took the time from the first time I contacted American Consumer Credit Counseling and spent over a goood hour going over my budget. He made me feel hopeful and encouraged. Gave me specific detail on how I best use my budget to not only pay off debts, but also encouraged saving. I would highly recommend this company.

The process was seamless and my debt manager, Matt, was incredible to work with. He explained the process perfectly and answered all of my questions in a very friendly and professional manner. I felt respected and that is huge. It isn't easy to admit that you have debt issues, and Matt made the whole situation so much easier and was EXTREMELY helpful and supportive! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Matt is the G.O.A.T.!

My Rep Molly was an absolute delight to work with. Her patience was amazing as I tend to ramble and she more than twice settled my anxiety while walking me through all my options and hypothetically worked through scenarios out loud. Gabriel spent a great amount of time with me this morning creating a budget. I will present it to my husband in a meeting with him tomorrow morning and hopefully he will agree to let me try it in 2022. I felt starting the year with a spending plan instead of spending irresponsibly or just to keep the peace is the best Christmas gift I could give my family and myself. The Pandemic has made getting items in the rural area where we live extremely difficult and I have been spending unrealistically and irrationally and I do need help. ACCC is amazing! They helped me regain control of my finances and pay off ALL of my credit card debt. I had racked up well over $15k on various credit cards and I was getting annihilated by the interest rates. They got all of my interest rates down from 20%+ to 9%! By making extra payments I was also able to pay everything off two years earlier than scheduled. I am so grateful for this organization and I recommend them to anyone who is struggling with debt and outrageous interest rates. I finally feel free and will never sign up for another credit card ever again.

When I got a fast return call, I knew I was in good hands. The person was well knowledgeable in how things worked. They also made me and my husband feel comfortable is signing up. The fact that they have been around since 1991 is awesome. I will recommend to all friends and family.

They've helped me lower my interest rates for all the debt I had. I liked the fact they consolidated my debt, and I had to only submit one payment to one place and they would disburse to the creditors. I'm thankful my friend recommended them to me!

They are an AMAZING company! They work with you in a way that doesn't ruin your credit. The company will get you low interest rates so you can pay off your debt in a reasonable amount of time and within your budget. I highly recommend using them to get out of debt.

Keva is awesome!!! She is so sweet and kind! I felt so comfortable and at ease. Keva did a great job at making things plain and easy to understand. Keva is very respectful. This can be a difficult process and anyone can easily feel shame on their own. However, Keva made it very clear that me deciding to make positive changes will lead me to where I know I can be.
