We Florida Financial W Oakland Park Blvd, Lauderhill

I've been a member of City County Credit Union which is now We Florida Financial since 1989 and I lived in Sunrise for 30+ years. I leave Sunrise to go the Lauderhill Hill branch because of the friendly and professional atmosphere that Mr Martin ( Branch Manager ), Mrs Johnson and the other members provide. If an issue should arise, it is addressed promptly. My debit card was stolen and hacked and Mr Martin and the Fraud Dept was on top of it. Mr Martin went through the charges and assured me I would not be responsible for those fraudulent charges and among other reasons this is why I give them 4 1/2 stars, I leave them room to improve.

Right now if i could give this credit union a negative 1 i would......And this is why recently i open an EZ business account with this branch, and thoroughly look at the Pro and Cons of this establishment. I was disappointed when i got my monthly statement of Aug and i NOTICE an deduction from my account for service fee I was blind sided.I wrote an email to Mr wayne i will keep u up dated on the out come but right now i will not put no more money on this account until i get to the bottom of this.

I went there to get approved for an auto-loan. The Branch Manager Ms. Bowers was soooo helpful. I was able to get approved, appointed to a dealership, and purchase and practically brand new car all in the same day. She literally saved my life because I really needed my car to get back and forth to work. I recommend this credit union to anyone. They don't just brush customers off they actually take time to help you.

Mr. Martin and his team are amazing. I only hate the restrictions placed on ATM withdrawals. It is very frustrating.

My experiences are different. I have been with this bank WeFloridaFinancial (AKA CityCreditUnion) since 1984(32 yes). Other than a couple of misunderstandings, their cust services have been nothing but excellent. They have treated me with respect and patience. I only wish my Credit card rate was lower. Compared to BKOA, I wish they have financed my mortgage. Of course, growing up is painful. They have grown over the past few years which no doubt require lot of re-organizations. I will stay with them 'til I die (Smile).

Mr Martin and his team is one of the friendliest staff I have to deal with. They always greet each customer by name once you been in there for at least 3 times prior. I love your new building.

Terrible customer service the tellers are rude as If they don’t need the customers business the whole branch need Training how to assist your customers with care and values our time as well

Best bank by far is my favorite thing when I first opened my account I went there every other week to where the staff recognize me they gave me options and specials that they have going on in foreign to me about my age accounts and how I can't raise it to have more options and value the best credit you can get for a CD savings no other man can can can compare. But they got me stuttering on this review

This is one of the worst branches that WE Florida Financial owns/operates!!! (1) I was treated unprofessionally by Michael when I went into the branch recently. I went to make a withdraw and Michael harassed me and made several slanderous remarks. First off, he rudely interrogated me about a withdraw in the amount of $3,500 and said I HAD to tell him what the money was for because it has to be reported which is inaccurate because the limit is $10,000!!! Michael then made comments about my signature because "It did not exactly match and that he isn't going to get in trouble if I dispute the transaction (which I was required to show my ID to get the funds.) Meanwhile, people of color that was ahead of me was treated respectfully and was not bullied or harassed leading me to believe that this employee has an issue with white people. (2) When I called in about creating a login for my partner (we have a joint account) I was informed that I have to share the username and password that I have for my account because they do not have to capacity to create a username and password for each user. After all the experiences that I have had with this "financial institution" I do not trust them with a dollar let alone thousands!!!

After every other bank was denying me, this credit union gave me chance to reestablish my banking and credit history. Took time to walk me through all my options and benefits. Only thing is they do have long lines sometimes but always super friendly.
