I have been a Tropical Financial customer for over 22 years. Everyone has always been very helpful and professional but today I’ve had the most wonderful experience. I am extremely amazed by the services provided from Lisette Martin the Branch Manager. Lisette went above and beyond to assist me with some complex decisions that I needed to make. Lisette is not only knowledgeable and professional but has also demonstrated the highest level of charisma. She made feel comfortable the whole time while trying to resolve all my issues. I’ve also had the greatest pleasure dealing with James Nunez her assistant. James has also been as helpful as Lisette. He is also very knowledgeable and just as kind. Together the make a great team, They are both great assets to Topical. I can go on and on and on. Truly I have received first class service from both Lisette and James.

On Monday 6/27/2022 I had a very satisfying experience while banking at Tropical Financial. Juliana the teller that attended to me was very personable and professional. I experienced the same treatment from Lisette Martin the Market Manager. No complaints here.

Went in to refinance my auto loan and as soon I walked in Dan Medina greeted me and helped me right away. Very professional and was able to help me with what I need it. Any questions I had he was able to answer them and if he didn't know or wasn't sure what the answer was he quickly went to find out what it was. I appericate you patience with me and thank you for helping me out Dan.

Absolutely beyond anything I could’ve expected everyone at tropical has been beyond exceptional from the first conversation to the person-to-person interaction it has been both amazing and incredible the experience that I have received from these as a new customer in a world where every business is going automated this company has gone above and beyond meeting Annie expectation I could’ve ever had thank you at everyone there for their outstanding professionalism and one on one handling of my every question I would recommend tropical federal credit union to anyone !!!!!!!!

Wanted to say how wonderful helpful and kind Dan Medina was to work with on my it’s account. He had helped me several times over the last year and always treats me to where I’m proud to be a telco member. His manager James Nunez helped also and they were a great team together wish there were more people like Dan and James wanted you to know you hired a great guy and manager .
