TD Bank W Oakland Park Blvd, Tamarac

They ain't going to have to remove their sign is has the most convenient bank. Because ever since covid-19, it has not been convenient at all. I waited over 20 minutes to cash one check in the Drive-Thru. Unacceptable

I'm a frequent banker at this location the staff is phenomenal and courteous, mask are always on , has a very safe and friendly environment. As forme I will continue banking with you all thanks banking team from Ms. Boykin

I am not surprised at all by the rating of this branch! After opening my account online, I called to see if I could make an appointment to sign my new account forms and deposit some cash. The young lady that picked up reassured me that they were open until 6pm so despite me getting off work at 5:30 someone would be able to assist me. I got there at 5:55 and scanned my phone so I can added to the cue. I immediately received a text message that I was third in cue. After waiting 30 mins, the cue was updated that I was next in line. I then received a called from Jessica saying that check in closes at 5:45 so they can’t help me! Straight BS! There are too many other banks for people to be dealing with incompetence when it comes to their money. I will be closing my account and I will be calling corporate. They need to close this location and get a new staff! Something has to change. This is a primary location!!!!

It's just that there are so many 1 star reviews. I've never had any bad experiences there. In fact, they usually recognize me by name and they're usually very polite. TD bank in general is really good. I've done my banking elsewhere but TD is the best. The hours are great. They're open on the weekend. With other banks, you have to work your schedule around them if you need to do your banking at the branch.

I visited this location a few time in the last week requested gain access to my ill fathers account and become a power of attorney. The staff informed me several times I could bring my documentation in and they could help me. After several attempt, I was told to come back and the last time I requested to speak with store manager, Sharon Trepiccione, who was very rude and had the worst customer service I ever experience. She told me she couldn’t help me and I needed to come back another day. She also made several rude comments like why did I even come back to this location if I had bad experience and would not even ask me over to a desk to do business. She asked me for mine and my fathers social and account info, standing in the middle of the bank. The made me very uncomfortable and insecure. She raised her voice and had a very bad attitude. I asked her 3 times for her name and left to visit another location in Lauderhill where I sat 2 hours to wait again. I was greeted by a very nice women name Gina, a customer service rep who took my documents, added me to the account and smiled and thanked me for all of my patience. This was true customer service. Sharon should be fired immediately from this Tamarac branch! A very poor excuse of a store manager.

Thee worst bank. Closing account as soon as possible. Went to 3 banks, 2 you couldn’t even go inside, only drive through, then couldn’t be helped at drive through, then get to 3rd bank, had to tell 2 different people why I was there then has to wait outside in the car to be actually helped for over an hour. Just ridiculous. Signs says most convenient bank-LIES! Most INCONVENIENT BANK EVER!

I did my application online was approved. Came a few days later to get my debit card. As soon as I walked in someone was there to great me and to offer help. This was done with other customers as well. The process was easy to get my debit they print it on site. Further they are willing to answer your questions. In my opinion the experience I had was outstanding.

This branch is very unprofessional, I had a problem with my zelle transaction and was informed that my account was on hold due to my transaction being considered fraud, and was told to call my closest branch to set up an appointment to get this handled, once I called the branch a young man answered the phone as I explained to they guy my situation he told me that there next available appointment was until next week Tuesday minding you it’s only Thursday, who wants to wait a whole 3 days for an appointment when money is needed, so I then asked to speak with a manager and instantly was told that the manager was busy at 10 in the morning, so I said I would hold, after two hang ups I then called another branch who was very nice and and was able to help me without any appointment and I was able to go through drive through, moral of the story this branch has unprofessional workers including the manager, not once was the guy at this branch knowledgeable to help me, as far as the other branch more nicer and considerate of my problem. I will not be going back to this branch don’t care how close it is there atms hardly ever work anyways

They are not even worth one star!The most unprofessional and uninformed branch ever!! I wanted to change to a check and to deposit it into my son's account. The check was made out to myself and his dad. These people are going to tell me that they can't change the check because we do not have joint account there even though we both endorsed the check. Why would we need have an joint account for one transaction?They were so wrong!!!!I called another branch and they told us all we need was an endorsement release signed by my son's father in order to deposit on the my son's account. That simple. HERE IS A TIP: learn your job instead of giving people wrong information and humble yourself if you not sure what to do and ask for help!

They lack customer service. No one greeted me as I walked in with three male tellers at the counter talking amongst themselves, associates at their desk had customers neither acknowledged me as I sat down. I finally spoke to a young lady that had past back and forth from behind the counter but only because I approched her. I stated why I was there and that know one has offered any assistance. She quickly apologized and tried to assist me.
