I would like to say I had a amazing experience here at the Oakland park facility location. Everyone that works in this store was very professional and they made sure me and other customers was helped in every way possible. what I was looking I recommend everyone to come to this location and also the Melissa the lead pawnbroker help me and she was very nice and amazing ❤️✨

The Manager in particular is a very rude man. Rest of staff is great, attentive and most importantly, professional. The Manager on the other hand rathers lose business by treating people badly and refuses to even acknowledge the customers waiting in line. Its not a first come first served basis. Instead only based on preference. But aye it's a pawn shop in Lauderhill. What should I expect. Desperation apparently causes management level employees t9 pick and choose who they want to take care of first even if a l9ng l8ne is present. Lol shameful

Jeff’s the Man he does his ting, he’ll do his best to get you a discount, and a real people person great customer service. Melissa is great dealing with tough decision and she also will do her best to discount a item for a customer, when it can’t be done they explain the very detail you may not understand, once they explain it to you you got to understand (I hope ) they still have good deals in the store good people to buy from as well...

This is a very clean very organized store. I love how they organize all their merchandise behind the glass where you can actually see it unlike other places where they just throw everything together and you can’t see what it is without having to ask for assistance. And right away, Alfredo walked up and offered to assist me. Very friendly and courteous, both he and the other young lady who is working there. Whoever is running this store is doing a great job at keeping the place well maintained and making sure their employees are friendly and helpful.
