We've been working with Waukesha State Bank for over a year, specifically with Kristen Bulfer who has been absolutely amazing. Anytime we've had questions/concerns she is so quick to respond and get the answers we need. Whether your looking for a home loan, personal loan or just banking info she is extremely helpful and speedy in response. Each department works seamlessly together. I wouldn't bank anywhere else! My now deceased Father has banked here for many many years as well as his Father and myself. My experience has been nothing but positive especially after my losing my Father. Jeremy Behling has been so wonderful to work with & helpful. Erma at the Customer Service desk is amazing and friendly as well. The relationship Waukesha State Bank has with their customer is more than just business, It feels like family there and they really care.

I don't often write reviews, but I got such amazing service from Heather Pfalz at Waukesha State Bank that I want other people to know. I wanted an equity line of credit, and she was able to set it up quickly and efficiently - and with no closing costs! I highly recommend this office!

My entire family had a wonderful banking experience with Waukesha State Bank. Deidre was instrumental in getting our accounts organized and updated. She was incredibly pleasant and kind. We appreciated her can do attitude and amazing customer service. We now, consider Deidre our personal banker!

Please go elsewhere if you need a true financial partner. If you're looking at this bank because you believe that a "hometown" bank will offer better customer service than large financial institutions definitely look somewhere else. My father-in-law passed away 10 days ago and this bank is now foreclosing on my 80 year old mother-in-law. She has 45 days to find somewhere else to live in the midst of planning a funeral. Yes, the bank has legal cause but I've worked with many financial institutions that treat customers with common sense and compassion - we are not asking them to forgive our debt; we're asking them to consider new terms. These guys are "letter of the law" people. I've received great customer service from CapitalOne and Bank of America. Give them a try...or anyone else...just not this bank. Please learn from our unfortunate circumstances.

We needed to add a person to our authorized people who can enter our safe deposit box. Kaleena answered all my questions and found an acceptable process which met the bank's and our needs. She coordinated the process of our signing their new lease agreement and cancelling our previous agreement. The whole process was smooth and seamless for the 4 members of our family. Kaleena was very professional and coordinated the whole process in a very timely manner. Thank you very much, Kaleena.

As a customer, I want to say how impressed I've been with Kaleena. I've dealt with many people, bankers and other service people (as a business owner for over 35 years, etc) and she is one of the best I've ever worked with - her competence, professionalism, friendly, helpful etc. I can't say enough positives about her.

Cannot recommend Brenda Mosehart highly enough as a mortgage lender. We have worked with Brenda frequently over the last few years and she does such a great job explaining the process and keeping clients informed every step of the way.

Jose Velez was an excellent representative of the bank and was very profesional, respectful and helped me in a couple of seconds. Excellent service would recommend them as I’ve been banking here for over 10 years.
