Once the original owners left, so did any semblance of professionalism. Rude, incompetent and totally non-responsive. Don't be fooled by the ratings. This place had 1.5 stars ever since the new owner came on board. And for good reason. Run from this place. You'll be far better off -- especially money-wise.

I have been with this accounting firm for 15+ years. It was wonderful when it was Lulloff and Taylor but both of these partners have retired, and unfortunately the firm is no longer the same now that Leben is in charge. Turnover is high, you never have the same person working on your account and the way they treat their clients is disrespectful and rude. I am pulling my business from them starting 2021.
