Ran here on my lunch break to apply for a loan. I have been here many times before so the process should be relatively painless. This time I sat for over an hour while the one employee worked with the same family. The woman next to me said she had been there 3 hours waiting for the staff member to correct a mistake she made on her loan, apparently she cut a check and misspelled the customers name causing the bank to reject it. The woman next me said she could not wait longer and simply wanted her loan cancelled but the staff member refused. I couldn’t wait any longer so I left without even starting the process. The most maddening part was the 2nd employee who came out of the back, put one her coat and walked out of the store while we were all sitting there waiting. She did not even acknowledge the obviously frustrated customers. She appeared to be intentionally avoiding eye contact. Simply the worst customer experience I have experienced anywhere. I am sensitive to the fact that staffing shortages have caused many businesses some hardship during the pandemic, however that does not excuse incompetence and unprofessional behavior from the staff that are present. Too many other options available to put up with this!

Tiffany is the most wonderful hard working individual I've ever seen. She goes above and beyond her job duties. Shout out to Tiffany who is now helping like 4 people in her cash store now. TIFFANY IS THE BEST!!! JANE, CHRIS, AND ROSEALENE!!!!!

They outright lie tell you that you are prequalified. Get there and the 3rd party utilized supposedly "cannot verify my identity"......

I will never go back. Shame on me for needing a quick boost at the holidays but my transmission went and I needed to. Anyway, the folks were great but the interest rate was 520% OMG even Check N Go is only 109%. It was costing me over $40 a day in interest alone. I will never go back, shameless preying on others, go to Check N Go is you need a financial shark.

They were very nice when we first came in. I was helping my mom to get a loan. I didnt realize that my mom's id was expired. We told them we would go fix it and come back. Came back with the LEGAL copy of her id until they mailed her the new one. They said they couldnt accept then paper id at all. They said it was not a valid id, even though the document its self states its LEGAL. So we went to check n go who were way nicer and helped us out. There interest rates are way lower too. I would never go here again.

I can say that, I received a pre approval letter to my house, and by simply seeing these negative reviews I appreciate every single person for the honest review and I will not be coming there. That. You have the owner trying to explain but clearly in back of his mind, knows exactly that is clearly a scam and the owner acts like he really cares by telling you guys to call them so they can talk to customer service about their concerns. No thank you. Here's my review.

To me it seems like the business model that they use mirrors that of Paul Castellano mixed in with a hint of John Gotti. The interest rates attached to these loans is one that could make the Gambino crime family envious. This was by far the worst loan terms I've every agreed to. Sure it's my fault, but let me warn you all this place might as well be ran by the mafia with interest rates of over 500 percent. Your first loan payment probably covers 5 dollars towards the principal balance and they keep the rest. So for me I took out an 1100 dollar loan, but I was paying over 272 dollars a paycheck for 7 months. That's 14 payments which is equal to 3,808 dollars, which is a profit of 2,708 dollars. The first payment covered literally 10 dollars towards the principal balance and they just make a ridiculous profit on your hard earned money, and slowly increases. This place literally takes advantage of people who have no where else to turn to if they needed to borrow some money. You're better off going to credit karma and finding a loan. I regret the day I was talked into getting this washed up, wannabe, Gambino loan shark of a business.

Scam, rip off, predatory loans, predatory lenders. Avoid payday loans at all costs. If we don't use them they will cease to exist eventually.

They do a past bank practices & a credit check through COTTONWOOD FINANCIAL.You will sit for 35 minutes then be TURNED DOWN!
