Tiy, the lady who works there now, is the greatest. She helped with all of my questions and issues and saved the day, pretty much. Great customer service. I would give 10 stars if I could.

As I visited your store today. I have to say the experience I got from Blair was the greatest service I ever experienced. I have been coming to Check n Go for many years and I’m glad I chose this location. I felt welcomed, promptly helped, and given service with a smile. I wish there were more people like Blair in every business. Don’t ever let her go, she’s a great asset to your company and, why I will still do business with you guys. Blair once again deserves all praise and hope she’s recognized for her hard work and service she provides for every customer.

Brenda was beyond helpful Was able to cash my check and she explain the process of why it took longer than usual. She had a nice attitude and even help me activate my Netspend card.

When having a rough day trying to tend to everything, Blair was not only helpful, professional, and did her job. She was kind and courteous. The location on St Paul st, now has a new employee named Blair, that I have recently met, and her service was fantastic. She is a great person to talk to and understands customer service.. I came in here not knowing what to do or what to expect. The lady (light skin Latina with long black hair) in the front; wished I asked her for her name was very helpful and walked with me through every step to get a small loan. I was unprepared, but she helped me upload my check stub and bank statements. She also kept her mask on and sanitized before and after I left.

Came in to cash a check only. After talking to me, she was able to find a solution for me on a small financial set back and recommend to consider to look at a loan. She guided me through the whole step, Educated me throughly, and offer to reach out to her at any time if i had any questions. Walk out with a solution. Amazing.

When i walked in i was immediately greeted with a smile and a warm welcoming hello from ebonyie. She was very polite very respectful and most of all helpful. She explained everything to me so i understood fully.. As long as shes there thats definitely a place and person i would refer my friends and family to. Shes engaged in the community welcoming all new and old customers.
