Just weird that it goes to someone's personal cell phone. When calling this location, their staff was unware of their services. It took speaking to three people to find out IF they did interior cleaning. Once I got to the third person, it was confirmed that yes, they do, but it is a first come first served. No appointments possible. As directed I showed up at 8am. The attendant, again, wasn't sure what service I would need. After calling someone, they decided on a 3 pack, would completely detail my car, inside and out, for $170. I was told the car would be done in three hours, or at 11am. At 12 I called. Car was not done. I called back at 1. Car was ready for pick up. When I arrived car, was not done: -Outside was completely missed. -The windows were full of streaks and the sides (where the window connects to the car, were missed. -Middle seat, dash, gages, and steering wheel were missed. See the photos. The attendant said he could fix the issues, but it would be one to two hours. I couldn't wait that long and decided to cut my losses. No Idea who else preforms this work. But Washman isn't worth it.

Our family loves coming to this car wash, location is convenient, it’s quick and easy. Price is good and the staff does a great job. They even wipe down your car afterward. The manager Jonathan is very welcoming and professional.

I normally go here for a quick wash. They've raised their prices and skimp on service now. I had gotten used to much better service here. I did the quick wash and had to get out to dry my car and remove the rear wiper cover.

Have been many times and will not return. Took in my SUV and they completely missed the third row. Several of the cup holders were also not cleaned. Spoke to a Manager who said he would Give a complementary service next visit. Used it yesterday and again missed very obvious cup holders and windows cleaned very poorly. For the price these things should not be missed. There are better places that would not miss these obvious areas.

Do a pretty good job...prices seem a bit much. But what doesn't these days. There were a few spots missed but I showed them and they were cleaned right away and then it was perfect. Can take awhile when busy.

Second time trying this place and I'm not impressed by the work. The customer service however is great. Purchased the 29$ wash and they didn't complete the job. I spoke with the manager about what wasn't done and he said I could bring it back when I had time. So I did, and the results were the same. Seriously, I gave them a second chance and unfortunately they couldn't clean my interior. I'm not being picky, My car is dirty and I needed it clean. Literally not wiping down the interior isn't that hard, I know it's dirty and I was paying someone to do it for me, so I expected a service to be completed. For proof, I'm submitting pics of the first clean and the second try. Like I said, they were nice but the job was not done. I don't feel confident in returning because of the end results. All pics are from the first and second try. Receipt is proof of same day service and results.

Out right refused to wash my car because of a hitch I have in the front. I explained to them I've ran in through the same wash several times, after he said they shouldn't have. When I asked if they could do an interior clean and I'll just run in through another wash he said no. Horrible service.

I stopped going to washmans because the prices were to high but a few weeks ago decide to go back again and the service was excellent!! Well went back again at 5pm to get a wash and inside vacuumed and was told they stop full service at 5pm but they are closed at 8pm. Oh well lost business again!!!!! If you are not doing full service after 5 then close!!!!

Wish they would have sprayed both sides of my car down, also would have liked it if they dried the car completely after went through the blower, the back side of my car was completely soaked and they made no attempt to dry it until I asked them too. All in all I like this location and will be back. Vacuum and interior wash always good. Thanks guys.

The location on commercial has good space for cars, doesn't leave you in the line of traffic, employees are very nice. Update, car wash left small scratches down the side of friends brand new 2022 car

Sold me a monthly membership and mentioned I could vacuum. Now I’m being told I can only use vacuum after 5:30. What’s a car wash without a vacuum? Disappointed to say the least. Asked for a cancellation of membership

We have visited the Commercial location for years now and decided to use the wash and detail service today. It says to open your trunk and leave your keys which we did. They did a decent job vacuuming but they just closed the trunk and didn’t vacuum it. We will just future tense just use the car wash. We really like how they clean your car. We recommend just not the detail service.

Although busy when the sun's out, they are professional and get the vehicles through fast. The only downside is their space is tight, and you might have to wait a few minutes on the street.

I just paid nearly $40 for a car wash. Did a walkthrough. There were several dirty spots and bugs on the front and the windshield. They told me sorry; that stuff doesn’t come off in the car wash and “we’re not trained” to clean or wipe it down in the areas missed by the car wash. The areas inside the doors were also missed. To top it off, I tried to drive away and the rubber car mat was over the throttle on the floor board. I could use the brake. Ugh.

I went in on 2/26/21 and paid for the $39.00 package. They did a terrible job. Car wasn’t dried after going through the carwash. Sat for 20 minutes before being touched. They didn’t do the windows, didn’t vacuum out the back and left crumbs in the dash. I had dirt spots left on the front window. When I saw how the guy was cleaning my car I knew at that point I would never go back there. They were REALLY short staffed and I was there for about an hour. I would never recommend anyone to take their vehicle there. I got home and had to do my windows and wipe away all the water marks on the car. Management/owner should be ashamed of themselves

First time I have been there in over a year. Staff pared back to a handful. I was told my wait could be 45 mins to 2 hours. I really wanted to get this done so I paid $39 for basic interior-exterior package. I had to drive myself thru the carwash (never before here) then drove it to where interior work would be done. They did a good enough job but did not vacuum the trunk and I had some water to wipe off the exterior when I got home.

Professional service. 1st time paying to have my car washed, interior detailed, and carpet shampoo/ deodorize. Got there at 830am car completed at 12:45pm. My car looks better than when I bought it! They did an exceptional job. The price I paid works out to about $60hr. They have package pricing. It was worth it to me. Thanks for the hard work guys. I'll be back.

I should have looked at the reviews!! I highly recommend you NOT go here! I paid $40 for a what I thought was going to be a really good cleaning and I walked away thinking what's the difference between a $9 wash and the $40 wash. I took it home and they didn't even vacuum the inside of my trunk. Sad cause I told the guy I was selling my car that day so he knew I needed it looking really nice. I should have paid myself the $40 and did it. Its really sad the owners of this business don't want to better than the previous ones! I see them going out of business real quick if they keep up with the I don't care attitude!

Well organized and quick even though it was busy. Little on the spendy side. But seemed to do a good job

2nd time here. 1st time was way better. This time a lot of stuff was overlooked in the interior to where I had to wipe stuff down. Hard surfaces were not all cleaned. One of my seats was not fully vacuumed. I got the $48 service. Staff was nice but I felt the workers were in a hurry cause they cleaned my car faster than the 1st time.

I relunctly (because of a bad reputation) took my car to Washmam on Commercial st, for detail work, because I didn't have time to do any detail work on it before I sold it. I paid for their "Managers Special". I am very detail oriented and this was an embarrassing job at the least. They didn't wipe out the (pre opened for them) glove BOX FAIL, promised to wipe down door jams etc, FAIL left multiple areas with visible debris FAIL, scuff marks on seats not cleaned FAIL. I didn't expect perfection but I expected they would at least try. As someone who has been paid to do detail work on cars I was appalled. Their "detail guy" should be fired or seriously reprimanded. Liberal spraying of armorall and wiping it down is not detail work. FAIL

The ONLY reason I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 is because the service was friendly and tried to be helpful. (I also appreciate them working with me to try and figure out why my car wasn't going through the car was even though it was in neutral, like they asked.) The problem is, after spending $45 for a car wash and a little interior work, I came home with a VERY dirty car. (Photo, below.) As I've only been home long enough to write this review and I live a few minutes away, you can safely assume it was this dirty when I left. The average car station gas wash does a better job than this for a fraction of the price. I WISH I had found/used a manual car wash. It's unlikely I'll ever go back.

I was very disappointed ☹️ My girlfriend had such a great result! Glove box, trunk, consul were not vacuumed. Beverage cups and door handles were not whipped out. Dirty marks here and there were not cleaned. Floor mats vacuumed but not washed. Even the front of the car had bugs still after going through the wash. I thought the Managers Special included these things. I did sign off the paper simple because I got tired pointing out things. The young man who was with me was very willing to take care of everything I pointed out. Only I didn't think I should have had to point everything out.

This is what my car looked like after spending $139 on detailing. Visibly dirty and dried on wax spots that I had to remove.

Don't go here expecting actual interior detailing. Expect no more than surfaces wiped down, blown out vents, and some plastic dressing. I was left with streaks on interior surfaces, gunk left in cupholders, and visible debris in very simple-to-clean crevices. Pretty disappointed after paying $80 and waiting an hour and a half.

Waste of $140!!! Did not receive the full services of what I paid for. Tried to resolve issue with management to only get no calls back then denied any resolution for my problem. I paid for a #9 with carpet and seat cleaning plus interior wipe down. This is what I was left with after the "manger" went back thru it due to my back seat not even getting touched and my passenger door not done. They missed so much and just lack any customer service. Truly disappointed with something I was so happy to finally get done. Thanks for wasting $140.

Spent a ton of money, my rims were still dirty and crumbs all over in the car, they didn't even put my floor mats back in right. I went in with a fairly clean car and only wanted it to look better. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! The staff was less than pleasant. Wish no stars was an option.

I came and spent 50 on an interior and exterior. It took them all but 5 min min to finish interior. Which made me very skeptical. There was still sticky stuff on back seat of my leather. I said can you please wipe that he said the wash you got is basic wipe down. You can get more expensive wash if you want that done. I said just hand me the rag and I will do it myself. I mean seriously have some integrity in your workmanship. It’s not hard. It took him 2 seconds to wipe it down. Did not vacuum trunk. Did not dry off windows from machine car wash leaving water spots. They did not wipe down vents. Nothing. They did nothing. I easily could have taken my car to a car wash and done a vacuum. For a fraction of price.

Worst experience possible. We run a car lot and detail 30+ cars a month. I am changing my service. They “called the cops” when I asked for a coupon. I was told to move on and get the f@&# out of his way. Like wow. My 18mo old started crying after they guy yelled at us. I was told there was no manager, and they were closing at 1:30! I can’t believe the amount of disrespect. I would recommend looking elsewhere for great service.

Was able to get a ton of dog hair vacuumed out of a rental vehicle QUICK for only $10!!! Such a steal. Loved it.

I paid $150 for them to waste my money and time. I detail my car myself usually, I felt like paying for a service so I didn't have to do it myself. I would have paid LESS for a handheld shampooer to shampoo my seats myself, AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY! My windows came out looking worse than when I brought it in, they completely ignored the dust on my dash and my cupholders weren't cleaned. My seats are still dirty and they only got half of the top of the seat, nothing else was touched. The carpet had milk spilled by my toddler, which is the main reason I brought it in to get the floors cleaned, my car started to stink. Not only did they not clean it, they made it smell worse because they did such a half-a$$ job shampooing my seats. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Just get a handheld shampooer for $90 and do it yourself. Then it'll actually be clean when it's done.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! This place is horrible, I paid $40 for inside outside wash. They had to take my car thru the wash just to get it cleaned. They barely ran a rag through the inside. When I asked for a rag to finish, I got a serious attitude and was told it was just a quick wipe down. There are only 2 people working in the entire place. So when a new car comes, they both stop cleaning the insides to run a a car through the wash. They guy that was running the wash acted like he didn't know what he was doing. He had to call the female over just to start the cycle. Wish there was a decent car wash in Salem!

We brought our VW Tiguan in for a “choose 3” interior express detailing and I was pleasantly surprised! For only $169, I felt that it was comparable to a full service detail. We have a dog and two kids so there was a lot of work to be done but my vehicle smelled and looked brand new when I picked it up. It is first come, first serve and I did take it in twice earlier in the week, where I was sent home because the detailer was fully booked. To avoid this happening for a third time, I googled their hours (7:30-7:30) and showed up AT 7:30 the following morning, only to be told that they don’t actually open until 8. This was frustrating considering it’s a 20+ minute drive from my house, but the man working agreed to take my car early! Thank you, Washmans!

The waiting area is gray and loud, almost depressing. The job was well done but expensive

Against better judgement, I tried this place for a second time after being extremely disappointed the 1st time. I thought I would give them a second chance. I paid $39 again and the car was not even towel dried. I have several pictures to prove how poorly the car was not cleaned. I did not have time due to another appointment to speak with management. If the management cares enough they can contact me here and I will share the photos I took within in minutes following getting my car dare I say cleaned. For the price, I feel I have totally been taken advantage of and the place had only 2 other cars there and they were almost finished. Again, extremely disappointed 😞

I’m so upset and do not recommend this place. My husband had my car detailed for my birthday. He paid over $150. The car was not vacuumed very well (he made them redo it), there is dirt all over the roof still, and worst of all there is a large rip in my front seat that was not there when we took it in. As soon as we removed the plastic from my seat this evening I saw this large tear and I am very upset.

The detailing was pretty good. The interior was done well. They were running a little late but otherwise job well done. Wasn't perfect so 4.5 stars.

My car was still dirty when I exited the car wash. .. It looked like they sprayed it down but there where still dirty spots that could’ve easily come off. Not going there again. Waste of time and money.

First time thoughts. Well?... I didn’t know when to stop to pay, wasn’t an attendant to say like , HEY! Did you want to pay or something. Kinda awkward in my opinion, and he was rude. I did purchase The Works. I thought it was odd the attendant removed my antenna from my roof? Honestly didn’t even know it was removable. But they know best RIGHT. Entering the guided system was not as smooth as I thought? Track seemed kinda busted in my opinion. After drying, I was told to stop and the attendant dried my windows with a cloth. I didn’t know how long to stay, was kinda just watching the car behind me creep up. Would be nice if the attendant were to tell people to move forward where the risk of getting hit from behind wasn’t an issue. I didn’t even get a vacuum code? Another odd thing. Lancaster/Market does.. Overall: Shiny but Ehh. Can’t win them all.

I drove in from out of town to get interior done at 8am. $30.00. 7 minutes after I sat down to wait I was told it was ready. I was surprised. 7 minutes. Looking inside car. All they did was vacuuming and wiped dashboard. I stated I paid $30 for something I could have done. I grabbed wipes from my trunk and began cleaning. There was dirt still everywhere. I mentioned how disappointed I was. That before I moved away from Salem that I used to take my car there every month for wash and interior clean. The person told me. Quote. It's a different business owner now and they only vacuum and wipe dashboard. As that was any excuse for charging $30 for no service!! For that then tell people. I was going to call see if I'd get owner. Vs talking to one of them who were there. I didn't want to put this on this site if it was just a bad example one time. But I had to leave area. So didn't get time. Fact was there was no other car there when this happened, 3 guys working. And 7 minutes of effort and ok with doing so. I drove over 20 minutes at 8am for nothing. I would never take my car there. They all watched me clean inside myself. They offered me a hanging scent selection vs them using any efforts of truly cleaning interior themselves professionally I normally tip really well. First time in years I didn't feel any wish to do so. I used car wash few days before. So I spent alot in a time I want to help businesses. Car wash ok. Interior don't do it.
