Our experience was efficient, friendly, and comfortable. We were very happy. A closing is, well at least for us, a somewhat intimidating and rare process. Everything you'd want in a title company. Super-pleasant office with plenty of privacy for transactions. Lots of very relevant security information and advice, super-friendly people, helpful beyond any expected level. The gal at the front desk helped me out a couple of weeks ago--on pretty much no notice-- with a completely unrelated notary issue. They also have paper plates and cups on hand for those little house-closing celebrations.

Their lawyer Brandon advised me to tick Im an American on the affidavit at closing. As a CPA, I questioned this 3 times. But at closing you trust the attorney. The next day I had to remit $75k to the IRS for international investor tax because they failed to submit a waiver form 8288 on behalf. Then it was a done deal. I am left to retrieve my $75k on my own. Americans please also beware of this issue with Wagon wheel because in this case the buyer must remit the withholding to the IRS from the seller. So if you sell to a non citizen, you could find that you are chasing the seller for this 15% of purchase price. Mistakes happen, but Wagon wheel has left me high and dry.

Wagon Wheel Title has been our preferred closing company for several years. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, detailed and professional in every aspect and we can trust our real estate clients in their hands for a smooth transaction. I've worked with them personally and professionally for years!

I have had worse experiences, so I’m not gonna give them a one star. However, we finally got funded three days after the closing. This was a cash deal on a parcel of land. Should be easy right? Not so- They had the file for two weeks, but waited to the last minute to start working on it. There was an assignment. So that complicated things the day of closing. The buyer is in California two hours behind . We repeatedly asked if there was anything they needed. My buyers assistant took the day off the day of closing so that made it very difficult for him to gather last minute documentation requested. It could’ve cost my Buyer the deal. Then they shorted the other title company $10,000 because I didn’t read their own closing disclosure correctly. We Are looking for a title company that is as efficient as Freedom Title in Clarksville. We have $100 million project starting in Mt Juliet. We need a very efficient title company that is not overwhelmed with too much work. I think that’s the problem here. Great staff, just overwhelmed.

Very poor service. I lost my deal with them because they ghosted me! They would give me an email response, but never follow up. when I called in, the agents were never available. WORST EXPERIENCE
