    The worst bank I have ever encountered as a whole!!! I’m out of town for work and I used the mobile app to deposit my a check that desperately needed for food and gas. The week before I recieved the check I called the bank to find out where I could deposit it. And I asked them how long it would take for my check to clear. They assured me that $200 would be immediately available to me. They lied!!! I called the day I deposited in the app which it showed as pending. I could not get through to speak to someone!! I was in hold for over an hour then cut off. I kept having to call back and be put on hold! When I finally got someone I told them what happened and the just said it would clear in 2 days. I explained that I was told 200 would be immediately available. And then I explained my situation that I was out of town and needed funds. The agent put me back in hold and never came back. I called again and spoke to another agent told her my story again. She was about to transfer me to a branch and it was almost 5 pm when it was about to close and I begged her to not do that . Then after a while she said it was approved after she said she could not see any deposit being made and told me it would clear the next day. Well it’s the next day and I spent all day taking time from work trying to contact someone! Finally getting get someone and he told me a special team was looking into it and he would email by the end of the day to let me know what’s happening!!!! I never received an email!!! I’m so angry!!! As soon as I get back home I will be closing my account!!!! Stay away from this bank the will not help you if you are having issues!!!

    Me & my husband went inside the branch. We were very upset that the application wasn’t working. This helpful gentleman Roberto Gonzalez came over to help and took great care of us. We highly recommend everyone to go to this branch. Great customer service !!

    When I had to get my ATM card replaced, the representative was very friendly and very customer focused. This branch responded quickly and i was satisfied with everything. Good Job VYSTAR

    One star cuz they tried to make their app and mobile banking better and broke it instead...i know it's corporate, thats why im one starring all branches I've ever been to. HEY VYSTAR....IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT!!!

    The young Hispanic woman at the front desk is very rude. She had a horrible attitude with me and other customers after me. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day for her but I hope her life gets better. I usually am greeted nicely and welcomed here. This may not be the best position for her.

    Waited on a refinance loan to be processed for over 5 months and got a decline letter. Haven't missed a mortgage payment in 5 years, have perfect credit and their communication was anemic. My refi payment was going to remain the same amount. Had a similar horrible experience with my boat loan. Took forever, bad communication, two different stories... I will never go here for another loan ever. I guess they want high risk customers that they can default on.

    I purchased my vehicle and went to this branch to start my loan application. From the start when I got there, I felt welcomed. I was assisted by the branch manager which happened to be passing by and then within a few minutes sat down with a loan rep who amazingly explained the process, warranty program and my loan options. I recommend this branch 1000%!

    Tried get a used auto loan. I asked them several times if this vehicle was matching their ridiculous criteria. They said we can work it out so went into the process of the loan application with A+ Credit Score, they said they needed the buyers order from the dealer. This was submitted to them. After no response from the branch, I went there just for them to tell me they can’t finance the car because of the year and miles. Thank you for wasting my time and putting an unnecessary credit inquiry on my credit. This credit union is nothing but a joke! I’m looking forward to closing all my accounts with them.

    2 stars only cuz I used to like this bank.. My 4-yr old tore a crisp $100 bill into 4 pieces. VyStar would not exchange it. Regions Bank did. Stars go to Regions Bank.

    I just don't understand the point of having someone at the front door holding an iPad waiting for customers when your short staffed and have a 20+ ppl in the branch. Feel bad for tellers here smh

    My 1st visit to Vystar, was assisted by Roberto and Ashlee and they had amazing customer service. The bank is very busy so expect a wait but they are very helpful.

    I have not been happy with my experience so far. Not to mention they closed down the Regency branch, because of the coranvirus and now you have to go to another branch & sit in a drive through line for over 30 minutes. Why wouldn't you keep the drive through open at Regency? It's been over 30 cars deep at the Atlantic drive through both times I've come this month. I understand you want to save money by closing a branch, but you still need to provide good service to your customers.
