    It was an amazing experience. Collin Schumacher was very helpful with the knowledge he gave me and with the referral to get more information. He facilitated our meeting like someone who’s been doing this for years. He deserves a raise, even if he just received one, he deserves another one

    Michael Di’Iorio was truly great at delivering reliable service during this app conversion fiasco. If not for him, I was ready to close out all of my accounts and find another credit union with at least a working website. Cudos to Michael

    I have removed the complaints back when covid was more prevalent. However, the recent self-inflicted trouble, VyStar has brought on itself, caused me to move my money somewhere else. Never once did VyStar try an talk me out of it and then, failed to thank me for over 10 years of doing business there. It pretty obvious, why they're in a free fall now. Too, on Tuesday, June 28th, they refused to close a savings account with a lousy $5 that is Required, to open a checking account not a credit card. They're illegally holding $5 after paying off all debt, LOC and credit card. Their pathetic reasoning, the credit card has to show $0 dollars, but remember, a credit card doesn't give them the right to hold my money hostage. Yep, after all the years of paying promptly and on time, that's how they treat their loyal members. Rest assure, when that final payment on the credit card is applied and it shows $0 dollars, they better give my $5 and close the savings. Too, if you call, it takes 45 minutes or longer for a rep to answer the call. They started out the greatest credit union, but finished at the bottom of the barrel. Totally Unacceptable!!!!

    I love Vystar but may need to leave after almost a decade of membership...their 3rd party fraud detection company is outrageously terrible!!! After I posted my initial complaint about VyStar someone from VyStar Credit Union actually replied saying that they would like me to call their customer contact number to give them more details about the terrible experience I am dealing with with them. Oddly enough when you call their customer contact number there is literally no one in charge of complaints and no one that I can be transferred to to take my information. I find it ironic that VyStar literally tells me to contact them but there's nobody to contact. If I start actually cared about their customers they would have a department for these sorts of situations. I have spoken with many people since that I know deal with Vystar and the problem is getting worse and appears to be widespread. Over the last month I have wasted clothes 24 hours on the telephone trying to figure out how to fix the problems that their staff create. The incompetence is overwhelming and I have decided to close not only my personal accounts but all of my family accounts as well as my business accounts I can no longer deal with this company I highly recommend that people consider other financial institutions. Obviously buy start doesn't care if I'm a customer or not.

    I’ve always had great customer service with VyStar and Vanessa just set the bar even higher! She did an excellent job of assisting me with my refi and was very helpful and patient with all of my questions and challenges. Thank you Vanessa!

    Always very busy and slow. Our problem was solved…However, my nephew and I had to deal with THE rudest teller TIFFANY HARMER /HARMON. The bank was about to close but we had been in line already for A while. By the time we got to her she had a nasty attitude as if every question we asked was a bother or a problem and practically trying to rush us out the door. Completely UNACCEPTABLE. We have several accounts with VyStar. Perhaps tellers shouldn’t be Carrying full on conversations amongst each other while taking care of members…..That is just bad business… bad customer service.

    Cashier is arguing with me stating that vystar information is correct and every single merchant I've been to that requires a billing zipcode is wrong. Every merchant I've been to is wrong but Vystar tbat has fallen apart in the last 90 days is correct. Customer service is worse than Walmart. They don't let you talk to anyone else besides this same cashier.

    I felt so welcomed when I walked in. I know English but my main language is Spanish. Carla Negron helped me get started with my membership here and she was so nice and patient with me. Guided me through everything that they have to offer. Definitely an amazing bank.

    I have banked with this company for YEARS but I am seriously about to change banks... this has been going for weeks now and there is no improvement. Either I have to wait in line ONLINE to view my account and I am number 3764 OR there site is down AGAIN. Their app doesn't work and online transfers are disabled 🙄🙄😤😤😤😤 I am over it
