We just closed on our first house and we did most of the process remotely from across the country. Donna from VSTitle was a great help and very communicative throughout the whole process. She was very flexible and made herself available to accommodate our moving travel schedule. It helped take a little bit of stress out of the whole experience and we'll always be grateful for that. If you aren't using VS Title and Donna Lightner you're making your life harder than you need to. We closed in 3 weeks with no hiccups or problems! Donna dealt with the HOA and got everything handled through them, had to change a lot of things last minute because of me, and still performed flawlessly. I would recommend VS Title to anyone.
