Very very lovely staff! I came in and got the process started quickly and done quickly as well. Pam was cooperative and sweet. This is my first time getting a loaned he explain it very well and helped me with a lot! I can’t put in words how much this meant to me and my family this holiday!

I have been coming into Advance America for close to two years now, and each visit, Pam has always been very professional, courteous and friendly. She always has a smile on her face. She is a wonderful person and employee!!

Great staff, friendly people and very willing to help. If you're behind on bills and dont know where to turn, these guys will do everything in their power to help. I was in a really tough spot and needed help fast. Pamela was able to give me the help I needed and them some.

Came into Advance America with my fiancé and we were greeted with great kindness by Pamela Lawson. She made the process very easy and she was very helpful. I would recommend anyone to stop in and see her she is awesome.

Great place to grab a couple bucks if your behind before you get paid! Pamela is the best person there she helped like 3 people at once while I was waiting and took only 10 minutes to get 200 bucks after she got to me! This place saved me from having to sell TV! Just great!!!!!

This place was a true God Send to me!! I do not live in VA and while taveling to Baltimore my car broke down on the interstate. The expenses I incurred for unplanned auto repairs and 2 nights in a hotel were pushing close to $800. Even though I had not planned for it Im thankful I had the means in my bank account to cover those expenses. But, I was left in a position with very little cash, 4 hrs from home, and 3 hrs from where I needed to be. On a whim I applied for a payday loan and to my surprise was approved!! The entire process was so simple and I got a loan on the spot almost immediately. Pamela..... Thank you so much for your help and when it was right at closing time for you!! You made me feel like you really cared about my situation and what I was going through. Customer service is awesome, call if and when you need finances your time is valuable and the staff is very understanding about that, polite and and on to work on your beside when u need them ty Pam And Debbie u are very nice to me.
