Lilly Title just helped us to close on our house purchase. It was a very good experience. They are prompt and professional. We live an hour away from Staunton and couldn't drive on the closing day. So their closer drove all the way here. They helped us close the next day after our loan was approved and all loan paperwork was sent to them. Beware of businesses that only show you the positive reviews.... I took a chance and used this company for my refinance...that was a big mistake. They did not pay off my cc debit expedited...as a matter of fact...they snail mailed the payments during the busiest time of the year for the postal system...who does that? Then they suggest that I make the payments...like what? Isn't that their job? Avoid this company. There are too many other companies in the area that know what they are doing. This one does not. Now I will have to incur late payment charges....ugh
