I purchased a gun online and needed an FFL for the transfer, not only is their fee lower than everyone else but both Chad and Preston were awesome and helpful through my entire experience. Highly recommend these guys, I will definitely be using their services again!

These people clearly do not know the meaning of “pawn”. They expect anything bought in to be brand new still in the box etc. They offer insulting prices on things then turn around and charge 3 times the worth of it. They are rude, unprofessional and down right ignorant in my opinion and I know everyone has their own way of looking at things but I felt the need to share mine on the staff and business. Good luck in the future because the way you are doing things currently you won’t be there long and or/this will not be the only negative review you get. Use it wisely.

The people at Valley Pawn are the best. I have dealt with them for several years. And never had a problem. If there was a issue they always got it straight.

Horrible. The man was rude, didn't know how to talk to people. I tried turning in gift cards with the reciepts to them as well, he said he couldn't take them bc he was unable to call them in and the reciepts were a day old. Little did I know all I had to do was take them to the place I got them and get them to print me another reciept with the balance on it. Had to find that out from a customer who said they have turned in gift cards multiple times there by doing that. Then I tried giving them a brand new never used $80 coffee maker still in the box with the price tag sticker still on it and the man appearantly "looked it up" and argued with me saying it was only worth $40 and said he could give me $15. That's not even half of $40 and not a quarter of the price I paid for it IN THE STORE. Of course he didn't look up the right coffee maker because I looked it up after I left and saw the one he was talking about, and Ofcourse the Internet is going to be cheaper than buying it in the store. Also the building is filthy and terrible location, there's no parking and the employees are rude, and think they know it all. They didn't only not buy from me but they didn't buy from the first two people that were in front of me. I was mostly mad about the gift cards, they have it advertised everywhere that they accept gift cards and they didn't accept mine. I understand if he couldn't of called them in but to hand them almost immediately back without trying barely was a disappointment I was ready for. Just the average pawn shop, too broke to afford merchandise because they can't sell the junk they already have so they try to get someone's hopes up so they can try to maintain themselves and try to make it seem as if they were working. Instead they should pick up a mop and broom and clean the pig sty instead of sit and wait for some lost customer who has to park at the gas station beside them to walk over and be denied interest. Not only will cleaning it maybe get the attention of the shoppers in the store that they did have but it will bring attention from the outside too. Just saying. You might as well try and find someone you know yourself to buy something you're trying to pawn, the time phrase will be almost the same if not shorter. Terrible, gross, crusty. I wouldn't even give them the one star rate but appearantly I have to. Awful business, it should be shut down and made into someoneethint someon can have fun

Just got a new guitar, this time Chadd helped me trade some things in towards it and gave me fair prices for my few items and I love going here and looking around. Thank you Chadd, will be back!

Chadd was an awesome rep. He was willing to help with all my needs and got me an amazing price on a product I been wanting for a long time. I would recommend to anyone anytime. Amazing service and amazing perks check my guy Chadd out.

Do not pawn anything at this store. I had several pawns at this store. I made a mistake of paying by phone with a CC so they decided they wanted the merchandise of one of the pawns. Both were put in at nearly the same time and always paid together. However, they decided that one was past due and the other not. When I went to pick the pawns up the more valuable pawn had been sold and the other not. I was lead to believe I was paying on each every month they never said anything. I specifically informed them yet they took one and not the other. My fault for not getting receipts, I thought they were good people you cannot trust anyone now days. Should have known better. Do not make my mistake, stay away from this store.

Always satisfied when I visit this Pawn shop! Staff is super nice and very reasonable with prices, buying and selling. Preston treated us great and they really cleaned the place up! Highly recommend checking this place out!

great staff ... very friendly and helpful going to work to give you a good deal so that both parties feel satisfied with the transaction and the owner is a genuinely good guy .... got the same great service and satisfied experience from his Waynesboro location as well haven't made it to his third location yet but have no doubt it will be the same enjoyable experience as the first two...👍👍 way up.

Do not pay attention to the negative reviews about this place. At first glance the place is just a pawn shop with a limited inventory BUT WAIT!! the stufff they have is set at good prices---the wild and burly lookin dudes who work there are some of the most caring retailers in the city-- they helped my son three times with his xbox after we bought it there for cheaper than we could find on craigslist. they even threw in some free replacement stuff----I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THESE GUYS A CHANCE!!!!
