Very polite and friendly staff. Chuck did his best to get the cash I needed. I came in on lunch break and he did his best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Oh yeah, Chuck, you know who this is. All of you keep up the good atmosphere that y'all make people feel when they walk in. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Chuck Bolyard was kind, efficient and made us understand the loan process. He was extremely patient with us while we got our documents in order. He was a great guy to deal with and I reccomend him if you are in need of a title loan!

I guess I can say kisha and Officer Bob are okay people. I don't really work with Chuck but he is very easy going and friendly. He's the quiet one of the two but still makes you feel comfortable and welcomed in a "professional" environment. He doesn't say a whole lot but just enough to make you laugh. Now Kisha is whole other story. The "formal " kisha you meet on day one is the kisha you get any day. She does her job but very entertaining, bold, and hilarious. Strong personality. She makes you feel like you've known her for years. A genuine good and reasonable person. Walking into titlemax i never felt like I was looked at as less or judge. Great great great people. Kisha Guy & Chuck are very professional and always make my family feel welcomed. The process is easy in and out in about 30 to 45 minutes again the staff is AWSOME !! I would highly recommend them to family and friends. They take time and explain every detail, and answer any questions.

I had a close friend that needed some quick cash for an emergency. I remembered another friend telling me they had a great experience with the associate at Title Max a few months ago so I suggested she talk to them. She did visit them and told me they were very personable and professional.

I was extremely impressed. Chuck took his time to make sure that every thing was explained to me in terms I could understand and was happy with. He also took the time to look at several different payments to make sure the loan fit into the finical restriction I set. All the while smiling and joking with me. In the end the process was quick, painless and had a comfortable feel. Thank you Chuck for all your help in my time of need. I would recommend anyone in need of a title loan to visit this office.
