Ok, so my wife and I were looking to refinance our home and got a quote from our current lender. We decided to check with Colleen at VIP Mortgage group to see if they could beat the quote from our lender. Not only did they get us a better rate, they also provided stellar customer service. The process took a total of 22 days from first contact to closing, making this the best mortgage refinance experience (this is our 3rd) we've had to date. The team at VIP kept us informed at every step and were very quick to return any phone call and reply to all our emails, answering our questions. We definitely recommend VIP Mortgage to anybody looking to buy or refinance. Not sure if they do any other mortgage related services, but I'm pretty sure that if they cannot accommodate your needs, they will point you in the direction of someone who could. Juan Gonzalez was extremely helpful for us. Long story short I was recommended from a friend to Juan and it turned out to be the best recommendation possible. Being the only income I really thought I had a 50/50 chance but Juan made it happen. Juan asked what can I afford on the monthly mortgage payments and then explained how the process will work. He then calculated and made sure sure match closely to our monthly payment request. Juan answered all our calls and kept us updated every step of our journey.
