I highly recommend Orlando Financial Center for financing your home. I worked with Eddie throughout the process of purchasing my first home in 2014. Eddie and the rest of the team are very responsive, knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They always make you feel like you're part of the family. I still get holiday and birthday greetings from them every year. I reached out to Eddie in 2021 while shopping for a bigger home for a growing family. Eddie ran my numbers and provided me his honest feedback. My family ultimately went with a VA loan through another lender but Eddie was still available if I had questions or needed consulting services. Update 2022: I had such a great experience with Eddie & team that I used them again to do my refinance. Great experience, great advice, great rate and great staff! Smooth experience from beginning to end. I can’t recommend them enough!! I always end up saving money in the short term and long term with them & they’re just so pleasant to work with. Thank you again! I’m a little late on writing my review, as I closed on my house Nov 2017, but I just had to share my great experience. All of the team at Orlando Financial Center were really great - I even did some last minute rate shopping and found they didn’t have the fees similar companies had, so I ended up getting a lower rate and lower overall cost by going with them. I’m considering possibly refinancing due to the current low rates, and I’ll definitely be calling them if I decide to do this. Thank you to the team for making my first home buying experience smooth and as simple as it can be! :)
