I needed to move out of state to start a new job; but could not relocate until I had a home to live in. Wonderful experience! I worked with Maxence and Hoai on refinancing my home before rates increased too much. It was not only a highly satisfactory experience in terms of customer service, they also have incredible pricing and rates that they offered me. We shopped another broker that was referred to us by multiple friends, and Loan Factory not only had better service, it was priced better saving us about $3000 in closing costs at the same rate as the other broker (quoted rates on same day due to daily changes). I truly can not thank them enough for their hard work. Hoai was our loan processor and she was working relentlessly with the bank to ensure our loan closed on time.
