I went in this morning to rearrange a few things on my accounts and a better understanding of a personal loan. David and the branch manager, Cheryl, couldn't have been more helpful, kind and especially knowledgeable in the questions that I had. I've been a member for more years than I want to even think about - have never had a problem and have always been guided in the right direction with specific questions and requests. Ana was the best! We had a lot of financial accounts to begin to make it possible for us to purchase our retirement home. In a short amount of time everything was created to facilitate the transfer of finances. We can't praise how Ana completed the task set before her. She should be a MANAGER! We would travel to do business with Ana again!

Everything you don’t want from a bank High interest (loan sharking) once you run your credit you fear another hit will cause your score to decrease and you settle for their terms. Don’t do it Creative fees Additional financial has a fee for everything and unlike modern banks, they will not work with you. Your money is theirs. Fine line law practices Your payments, although submitted on time, are considered “scheduled” and not applied. This allows them to wait many days to withdrawal your payment and apply it. When they do this, they will apply a late fee which they claim is “legal” based off of the verbiage they use. Submit a payment ahead of time/due date expecting the funds not to be withdrawn until the usual time period and they will for sure withdrawal within the usual 2022 accepted amount of time. Banks need your money which is known but this bank considers it theirs when you are doing business. I really hope this reaches the correct people that can make a difference and make this bank fold. It’s operations a borderline illegal and irresponsible sposible to a healthy society.

Lily was the best ever. Her experience and patience is incredible. She helped my friend and I with refinancing her car and she stayed cool, calm, and collective the whole time. She even went above and beyond and suggested me a company for home owner insurance because i mentioned it while we were processing the paperwork for refinancing. I have not experience customer service like that in a while and I really appreciated her. Thank you so much. I most definitely will be coming to HER when i get ready to purchase car next year. I set up my account in January but wasn’t able to access my online banking. Tried calling customer service center multiple times and they were not able to help me. I went in to the mills branch earlier this week hoping they could resolve my issue. Dave was so helpful, Patient and kind, he said your not leaving till we figure this out. It took us over an hour but we finally got it figured out. I am very grateful and this experience has given me a new respect for my local credit union.

I needed to replace my debit card as the chip had stopped working. I arrived at 4:40 pm and signed in. Within a few minutes, I was seated In Dave’s office and he took care of everything. I soon walked out of the Mills office with a new debit card. Dave was professional and personable, and obviously efficient!
