HANDS DOWN THE BEST Mortgage Broker! I speak this with true experience as working with Florida Home Funding with Shahram and Cindie was such a good experience. I messaged Shahram in an absolute panic late on a Friday night, he followed up with me immediately the next morning and on a Saturday I might add. Now trust me, the last time that I got a mortgage was back in the day of the housing bubble where mortgage brokers were a dime a dozen and where all out to scam you, but Shahram completely kills that stereotype! I’m not going to lie, I saw his commercial on the channel 9 local experts segment, and I thought, if channel 9 is allowing him to advertise as a local expert he must be good AND HE IS! My story begins with Rocket mortgage and the insane racket they are running with $20k in closing costs. As our dream home was closing in and we got approved with Quicken loans and when my husband saw the closing cost numbers he almost died! He told me to find another mortgage company STAT. Like I said, I reached out to Shahram in a panic, not only did he talk me off the ledge, but he was my fighter through and through. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing our experience with Shahram and Cindie was. In the beginning of the process, Shahram quoted an early loan process with a very picky lender. He even stated that if he cannot close our loan, he is in the wrong business. As first time home buyers we read tons of horror stories about the lending process and underwriting issues on forums.
