Absolutely stunning Seven Star Service. I would recommend BridgeWell Capital to any person who is looking for a non traditional loan. I was travelling overseas for 3 weeks and I was in a situation when my previous lender baked out last minute after promising the loan. Bridgewell stepped in with the help of my real estate agent Ronald and made my dream come possible of owning a real estate in Colorado that I was looking for. Every single person I communicated from Bridgewell were very helpful, on time and very easy to work with. I was able to communicate with them during my trip. There paper work are very simple , easy to understand. Jennie Parrett and her entire team did excellent job in providing the funds I needed to close. I have only done 2 deals with Bridgewell Capital, but each deal has been seamless. They provide clear, concise, communication. Initially I was going to use a different national HML who had slightly lower rates. However the other company had horribly service! Cheaper is not always better. I would rather deal with a competent company who works efficiently, has integrity, communicates and have awesome customer service. BridgeWell is 5 stars in my book!

I give them 2 stars for actually closing but no credit for many other problems. They never answer their phones and very hard to reach people. We’ve called them many times and no answer. We’ve tried several departments no answer. Seems like you are bugging them when they do actually speak with you. The receptionist (at the time Sandy I believe) was very nice but everyone else not so much. There were several employees I felt had poor ethics and really didn’t care. I was told things like “either you wanna do it or you don’t” - They even lied to the title company to push out the closing date further. Unfortunately it’s very important to me in order to do professional business and I didn’t get that feeling from this lender. If you don’t care about service or the ethics of a company knock yourself out. But I like to do business where I feel valued no matter how big or small my deal may be.

It was my first time using Bridgewell for a rehab property. What a great experience! From my initial connection with Taysha to Loan Officer, Pam, and Processing, Brittany, the entire team was very responsive to answer questions and update me on my loan file from start to finish. I was expecting a 30 day close but we were able to close early in only 16 days! I searched for the right lender for a while. These guys check all the boxes: competitive rates, flexible terms, and most importantly easy to close! Bridgewell will definitely be my lender for future flips.
