Verve, a Credit Union W Bell St, Neenah

I always feel welcomed and respected when going to a Verve credit union branch! I loved switching some of my accounts to Verve as their in branch and video teller experience are amazing!

Since the switch to Verve I have greatly decreased my usage of the credit union. I have been a member for over ten years at Lakeview, my parents for over thirty and I must say I am considering closing my account. Since the switch to Verve I have not had a single positive experience with a teller, many that act like I am bothering them by coming through the drive thru or even when I come inside. Getting new checks ordered was a complete hassle that required three people to stop what they were doing to attempt to understand how to go through the process. In the last few months I set up accounts at two different nationally known banks (something I said I would never do) and have received tenfold better service than I have at Verve in the last year. It's great that Verve wants to bring in lots of new members, but don't forget about those of us that have been loyal to you for decades.

I have been with Verve for two years. Not only did they approve a loan for me when I had less than desirable credit, they gave me opportunities that others wouldn't. I have had great experiences with the customer service on regular occasions and superb handling of fraudulent transactions on my account. I highly recommend Verve. Neenah and Menasha locations have had better than outstanding service.

This credit union is the worst i have ever dealt with as a customer. I banked with US bank for many years and have nothingbut good things to say about US bank. We moved to neenah and the closest US bank location is oshkosh and had close my account with them. Had it been the trouble I went though to switch everything, I would leave verve in heartbeat

They won't notarize documents if you're not a member.

Still miss Lakeview Credit Union. Not a fan of the newer improved Bell St location. Some of the newer tellers want everyone to use the auto teller - not me I want a person or I can go through online bank. Green Bay Road is always friendly and efficient.

I am a 30 year plus member of Lakeview Credit Union. Since Verve has taken over I have had automatic deposited check rejected. Teller not recognizing nor suggesting what was needed to recognize the account numbers that has been used for thirty years. No one available at the Appleton Office to open a new account for my grandson. Large change of personal at the Appleton office. New service charges. 7/6/15 It continues, today I stopped by to correct transfers I have Verve make to my grand children accounts. This month Verve doubled the number of transfers. In looking into this I also found they were charging my grand daughter $2.00 a month for sending out a statement. This was not explained when I opened the account. The other 5 accounts I have did not have these charges. No, I would not recommend Verve!

Very happy with Verve! I switched all banking there several years ago and they have been superb to work with. We recieved great service and rates on a lot loan, construction loan and final mortgage when building our house....very pleased with their underwriting team especially.

Verve has been so helpful! Rita in the Fox Valley is AMAZING!

Very very rude woman at Brillion location that I talked to over the phone. Will be changing banks.
