I just stopped into your Menasha store and Ashley was AMAZING! It was great not seeing Cheryl, who had on paperwork that I am on social security AND retired! Never have I been retired nor on social security….I have always worked. So, walking in today to learn this was a big surprise and made me think, Cheryl had no clue how to do her job CORRECT. Ashley deserves a big raise! She is very outgoing and professional!

I dealt with sheryl today about getting a loan and she was amazing, helpful, and very kind! I came in at about 6:30 pm and they close at 7:00 pm so i was worried she wouldn't have enough time to do loan for me, but she was very happy to help me. Sheryl is very good at uer job and very polite. I would definitely come back if i ever need a loan again!

Started at Title Max and was a customer there for years. They would not help me with what I needed so I came to Wisconsin Auto Title Loans. Chad there was so great! Wisconsin Auto Title Loans on Appleton Road in Menasha gave me a chance when no one else would. They were more than understanding and were honest about my options. They were the only place who showed any sort of sympathy toward my life events and situation. I would recommend family and friends to go here first if they are ever in a tough situation. Life isn't easy but Wisconsin Auto Title Loans was my saving grace.

These girls are great! Very quick and easy. I worked with Stacy and she was amazing! Upfront and honest about everything and couldn't have been happier with the entire experience start to finish. Borrowing $2000 only cost me $16.

They took my vehicle during the pandemic. I tried to reach the store manager multiple times but it seemed to be a joke for the people who worked there. They would say “our VP is on flight right now, I’ll get back to you” and literally make up numbers on much I owed or what the payoff was. They had a company literally watch me and took my vehicle one morning right before work. They wanted 1000 dollars on a 500 dollar loan to restart the loan. Stay far away from this place. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

Chad was awesome! Greeted me quickly. The whole process was quick and I was quite satisfied! We had a good conversation durring process and on Chads suggestion we had Red Robin for dinner. Burger was AWESOME!!

They had my vehicle taken out of my parking lot while it was running at 515am before I was suppose to leave for work (earlier this year). I already paid over what I took the loan out for, but they were dead set on getting their interest back. To get my vehicle back they wanted 1000 dollars and to restart the loan over (500 dollar loan) I tried contacting corporate office but they would not respond to me. So they literally hired someone to watch me to see when I leave for work. These are predatory lenders that do not care about you and they’ll go to any length to get their interest back regardless. The employees should be ashamed to work for this garbage place.

I came in today and was helped James and it was a very great and professional experience! He worked with me and helped me understand by explaining everything that I was signing! I highly recommend people to come here is you need a loan!
