Richard is very pleasant to work with and is so respectful to you as a client. I very much recommend going to see him if you are needing money assistance.

Made a mistake with timing on bills and mortgage so decided to take out a quick loan to make it to next pay day. Had a great first time experience taking out a loan here. Richard was helpful and understanding, as well as had an amazing personality! I had to bring my 3&5 year old niece and nephew (that are not very quiet) and it didnt seem to bother him at all. Overall, wonderful experience and thank you for helping us out :)

Due to COVID I was unemployed and without money. I've been waiting for unemployment benefits for 6 or so weeks and needed money fast for rent. I went in and left with the money I needed. Richard was extremely nice, helpful, and made the process easy and smooth. Very glad I went here.

Richard is always very cheerful and helpful. He has helped me numerous times when sending money to my mother in Mexico and also assisted me with getting a small Loan to pay off bills. I was faced with the unexpected cost of replacing the brakes on my car the week between paychecks. I stopped in to check out my options at Check n Go. Richard was very accommodating and worked quickly to help my find a solution. He readily answered all of my numerous (and I'm sure annoying) questions and made me feel welcome and at ease. I'd highly recommend this Check n Go to anyone in the Oshkosh Area. The staff were helpful and courteous. The gentlemen named Richard was able to help me within just a few moments, he had an amazing grasp on what he did, and was able to answer all my questions with great clarification. The holidays had me worried that I would get behind, but his calm demeanor and ability to keep up with the questions I was spit firing at him kept the whole process nice and smooth.

This location is very professional, caring, and knowledgeable of its products. Most people wouldn’t recommend that you get a loan from a place like this, however, Richard stepped in at my time of need and made sure that I got what I needed to help me and my family.
