Some of the reps were super polite and really helpful. They gave me a loan (19.7%) for a car. Thanks! But..... I paid the car off with a trade in deal with a car dealer , I call and check, all good, loan paid etc. Thank yous are exchanged blah blah. Today..... the charge me another car payment for a car I already paid off!!!! Over $400! Sorry its gonna be 45 days before we can get you money back!!!!!!! 45 BUSINESS DAYS!!?!?!?!?!? WHAT???????? Horrible. Have to file claim with my bank to get my own money. INSANE

Wow am I unhappy with this place right now! I’ve been making payments on a loan for three years now. All payments on time and not an ounce of trouble from me! Due to hard times with the virus going around I unfortunately need to defer my payment for the month. First time I call they tell me to call back closer to my due date (this was already about five days away). Second time I call (day before my payment is due) they did absolutely everything in there power to refuse my request! I can’t believe the terrible morals of this company. They asked how much I can pay at the moment. When I told them they said “I know you can pay more than that”. Are you fing kidding me??! At the end of it they basically told me that I have to be jobless and have a portion of the payment to be eligible for a deferred payment. This place can kiss my left nut!

I thought Challenge Financial was bad but these guys take the cake. Congratulations on the less than 2 star rating! I've never actually seen a business with less than 2 stars before. If you were a retail or food service company with a rating like this, you would be out of business within a year. Good thing your predatory lending tactics keep you solvent. Not hard to keep a large customer base when your company is literally the only one that will finance certain high-risk individuals. Literally every single person I've spoken to with this company has been rude, short, and just plain disrespectful up to the point of creating anger and hostility in my responses. I can't even talk to one of their agent without becoming downright infuriated at their complete lack of customer care. Companies like this should not be allowed to conduct business at all.

Horrible company, unprofessional, rude, careless, things you can’t even think of receiving through a customer service line. Save yourself the hassle an stressful situation. Go somewhere else you’ve been warned. They seriously need a -5 star rating.

If I could leave this company 0 starts most definitely will. When I tell you don’t use this finance company please DO NOT. It’s a leach of a company that takes advantage of the people with rebuild credit. Instead of financing through this company please save yourself money to buy a car cash or get a good co signer and go with a legit finance company. They harass you daily and with different numbers and all the people that work there are scums. As if they went to the pool that has the worst of people and gotten the worst of the worst. STAY AWAY!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I honestly wish I could give a 0 star rating, and wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to EVER working with this company. Not only are they unprofessional, they are unorganized, and don’t care about their customers or about giving customer service. I’ve called this company several times trying to receive a simple letter that I was told would be emailed to me within 24-48hrs. The first 48hrs go by and I was told my request wasn’t even processed and that they would do it for sure within the next 24-48hrs. Another 48hrs goes by and I was told that it wasn’t sent and a stat request would be sent out. After that I waited until the following Tuesday and still have not received an email, even after a stat request was put in. I call again, and find out that they didn’t have the right email. So I asked, once the email was corrected, if it could just be sent to me right then. I was assured that it would be and if it wasn’t within 30mins, that I would receive a call checking on the status. I never received the call, so I call back and I keep getting sent to the bill pay line. I’m extremely frustrated and annoyed by this company and would NEVER recommend anyone to use this financial institution. I will be sending this same review to google, yelp, and any other search sites I can, because this is ridiculous. I simply just wanted the email sent and I would’ve been satisfied and left it alone, but honestly I’m tired of being nice just to be given the run around about an email. I will be reaching out to any higher management or corporate authorities on this matter as well. I can’t believe I had to go through all of this for an email.

I was disputing a debt with this company and was forwarded to a man named Marlon. All I have to say about Marlon is that he is the worst customer service representative I have ever had. He is so terrible that I actually took time out of my day to write this review about him. I have my call recorded and will be reporting it to the BBB. I've worked in customer in the customer service industry 5 years and have never in my life thought of talking to a customer the way he has spoke to me. If these are the kind of people veros credit is hiring it explains the low ratings that they have.

no stars this place is a freaking joke i actually had a vehicle loan with them a real joke! now i actually work at the physical address they have listed online its crazy how many people come looking for this dumb company saying the same thing that they are a scam

They are stupid charge 4 dollars to pay online or by phone. Only way to miss charge is auto pay. They are retarded
