Avoid working with this company at all COSTS!!! They misrepresented my ability to qualify for PSLF, happily transferred my student loans to an account with a higher APR, and then did NO WORK!!! I had to submit ALL of the documentation myself. Absolutely rude when I spoke with them about information they incorrectly entered on my loan application and no follow up at all on their end after multiple promises of ‘calling back’ or ‘sending emails’ They then proceeded to say they sent emails, but after checking my junk, spam, and trash folders I had nothing from them other than confirmations that they successfully withdrew payment for the services they didn’t provide from my account. They also initially misrepresented themselves, and made it seem like they worked for my previous Ioan servicer. This was not worth the money I paid them, or the hassle of having to do the work they were paid to do. Run away from working with this company. Scam, scam, scam!!!
