When he wasn’t able to do so, he immediately offered to assist me instead. Alleviate is a great company to help you with getting you financial obligations taken care or. The only issue to me is how customer service reps talk with you. Sadly they sound as if they really don't want to be talking to you and really have no emotion. Customer service is not an easy job. Especially when dealing with people's money. But if you decide to take that kind of job. It is better to be nice and conversational then just raddle off info and ask if you need anything else.

Today I made a call to get some information on my account. I spoke with Diego Ochoa and he was more than helpful with my inquiries. I had missed my welcome packet briefing and after tending to my questions he immediately offered to and thoroughly went through it. Afterwards we went through more details and he squared away other information needed. This was quite the pleasant experience and I am thankful for the opportunity.

I spoke to Jennifer Demesa and she has been the only rep who took all the time I needed to answer all my questions efficiently. The 2 previous reps were no help at all and one hung up on me with no call back. Jennifer is a true asset to alleviate her customer service and Patience were top notch. I recommend anyone who is an alliviate customer ask for her. In the 14 months I been with them she was the most effective. And I can't thank her enough for clearing up my question that I have been asking for the last 14 months, others should take notes from her. She would make an excellent manager for the company. WORST credit consolidation place ever.. Signed up thought everything was great til it was time for my last payment. After a year and a half of giving them $400 monthly to handle my accounts I then found out that half of my accounts they didn't even have account numbers so there had been zero negotiations made . So a year and a half contract was going to turn into 3yrs. BEWARE!

It's a great debt relief program, they work with you to make it affordable. Customer service is excellent. Very pleased with the program. Edgar Juarez was very professional and personable.

I am still not 100 % sure how I feel about the whole company. Most of my accounts have been settled but there have been some bumps in the road with creditors and summons. I had a very informative conversation with Hector regarding my account. He was polite and helpful in answering my questions and he asked me important questions to insure my account is being handled appropriately.

Gave them over $3,000 to pay a $2,300 debt. They made 3 payments of 25$ over the 8 months and kept the rest as fees. Still have the full debt and lost 3k.

I want to let EVERYONE know that , PLEASE DO NOT SIGN UP OR DO NOT JOIN Alleviate Financial Solutions or you will be regretting it, They keep my yours money for fees, didn't make the payment issues to mail it to creditors, They steal and robbery you , Creditors receive late payment and put a bad Negative on credit scores... Let me show you a real picture, too many fees for (DRAFT SERVICES FEES). I spoke with one of your supervisors, and he said he wouldn't refund me the money. I did post it for everyone. .... I recommend you to seek help from creditors rather than debit programs. Initially, they are friendly and helpful, but later they stop helping you so much, play games, and steal your money....... Alleviate takes their 25 to 30 percent fees on their commission for DRAFT FEES.. you don't save it so much money for yourself. I regretted it about Tplend who offered me to join Alleviate then turn it out with bad programs.. One thing If you are looking for Debt Consolidation then DON"T DO IT PERIOD cause they can rob your money and stealing money for theirs DRAFT FEES because they don't tell you, i have showed that picture is really proof what they did to me, my suggestion to you is the contact your Creditors directly ONLY they can help you out without their debt Consolidation assistance

I called for my monthly review today. It was a good call, reviewing all contact information, enrolled accounts, settlements reached, dates of payoffs and accounts which have been paid in full. The people That work here are helpful and friendly enough but I’m not happy with the slowness of getting things paid off. Every time they have a settlement offer they want to add more money to my payment, Which I find to be very frustrating. I found out through talking to them that the $368 that I pay them a month only $152 is going to pay off the settlement and the rest is going in their pocket. When I was going through another settlement place they didn’t pay themselves until my settlements were done.

Most definitely recommend!!! Had the pleasure of speaking with Mike today and he was awesome…very professional and encouraging. I was quite skeptical in the beginning but now I see that this is really an honest company and actually focuses on helping people consolidate their debt! So happy that I’ve stayed consistent…after just 2 months I received my first offer😊😊😊

Alleviate have helped me with credit card dept. They were able to cut my monthly payment down by about half and consolidate what was left into one monthly payment. I have worked with alleviate for over a year now and they have been great. Friendly customer service, lawyer support for when the creditors come after you and overall understanding support. I joined Alleviate just in time. Right before COVID-19 hit and I was out of work for 3 months. By going with Alleviate I was able to survive and still keep up with my finances. Wary at 1st because I gave Alleviate my banking information, but they came through and what a relief !

Stay away from ALLEVIATE! Alleviate failed to respond to a creditor after I forwarded all the information and when I called to make sure it was being handled they assured me no news was assuredly a sign it was being taken care of. I sent all info and called January 3 and continued to follow up and was told the same thing over and over. Jump ahead to April and my wages are now being garnished. When I called Alleviate the sales associate admitted that Alleviate failed to assign my case to an attorney. Now Alleviate is refusing to take my calls, return my calls or take any responsibility. They forwarded me to the wrong legal company twice. Now Veritas is saying they had no record of ever receiving the case. Apparently Isabella is the highest authority at Alleviate. They won't return any calls nor admit any wrong doing.

Alleviate Solutions is a great source to get out of credit card debt. After Alleviate settled all our accounts Tamara, from Alleviate, called to let me know that we had graduated from the program. Tamara is a great person to talk to. I’m happy with the experience and now I’m debt free!

After working with this company for a few months, I can say with certainty that AFS has terrible communication. I paid off 5 of my own accounts and can't even get them removed from my account and the monthly payment readjusted. Speaking of fees. Hundreds of dollars in legal fees and they STILL are charging me $40 a month for legal fees and a $5 per month convenience fee. Easy math that they forgot to mention. $40×42=$1680!!!

I have signed on to this company to help me in a financial situation. Today I talked to Elvis Avila a representative of alleviate financial. He was very helpful impatient with trying to give me the understand the contract that I signed and the payments service fees and a communications that they have had on my behalf to these companies. It was a pleasure speaking to him and he was very knowledgeable about his product.

Alleviate has helped me work my way out of financial disaster. All reps I have dekt with are kind, compassionate and professional. My contact today with Andrea was no exception. I had a problem hearing her and she was very patient and understanding with me.

Worst scam company out there. I had 412.00 on my account with 2 payment left to make on 2 places. And I closed my account. And they took the 412.00 for there fees to close the account, but they send you a form that says you will get a refund, nope that was a lie. Everything they say is lies to they sign you up in broken promises and then they change it up. They are a bait and switch company. I saw a few charges on my account for 10.00 to stop a check payment?? Ok why are they charging me 10.00 to stop a check payment?? So you can clearly see they are fraud.. I paid more in fees then I did anything else. In 2 years they only settled 5 account. And I paid almost 9800 For what I have no clue. I ask for pay off forms and they don’t send them. My credit report shows closed unpaid accounts. So I guess they never paid them.. So please don’t use them or listen to a guy named Linton that signed me up.. he lies like no tomorrow .. they don’t even deserve 1 star..

Wish I could give a -Star, they ruined my credit - I was good until they came along. 1. called me, said they would work with my creditors 2. promised I would never have to deal with them\ 3. they charged me $500 a month and kept $150 for themselves off every payment. 4. Almost went to work over 3 of my creditors who I ended up fixing 5. they never contacted my creditors until they had court documents and were serving me. 6. I had to pay the fees for court because they never reached out to them to settle, and it ended up going to court. 7. THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT, THEY WILL NEVER REACH OUT TO YOUR CREDITORS YOU HAVE TO AFTER THEY SERVE YOU.

The fees they charged are more than the money they “saved” me. DO NOT contact these people for anything. Go straight to your creditors and they will resolve issues the same way these people do and you’ll actually save money by doing so. I just fell for their sneaky tricks and tactics. My credit score went from 700 to 450 using Alleviate, run away!
