Worked with Ryan Lampert to consolidate some debt and couldn’t be happier. At first I thought it was some sort of scam but I was wrong. Ryan was very professional and took the time to make sure I understood the process fully. I saved thousands and my payment was cut in half and bundled into one instead of several. Customer service with Adam was exceptional. , Dont have anything bad to say about him. But this is a bait and switch lender . Unless you dont want your bills paid until you have saved up enough money for them to pay for you. Dont do it. There are companies ou there that will help in getting your debt paid now and then you pay on the loan. Be careful. Thankfully I realized before I sighned a contract

Hello...My experience with TriPoint was efficiently and effectively handled by Frank and then Vincent took me through the process and it was a good match for me. Manny was very helpful and all three very professional. I appreciate their time and patience guiding me along until I completely understood my program. I think it will work even though I’m fairly jaded about Lending and Debt management companies. They spoke my jargon and that was refreshing and convincing. if I could give 0 stars I would. I got a letter in the mail saying I was pre approved for a loan for 31,000. I got a call after I filled out the app online to see if it was legit, never had any issues with other lending companies before. Guy named john answered was cool at first until he asked for my social just like he was asking me questions I asked him one simple question about the location to confirm it wasn't a scam. He got all upset started being rude, I figured he would've been professional about it. I'm a business owner I'm not rude to my customers if they have any questions. To be clear yall sent me a letter called me first. worst customer service. nothing but a scam!

I have never been treated so horribly. I sent emails, tried to cancel, within 30 days of starting. I might have started trying to cancel the following week. When I got an email telling me THEY we're terminating I wrote back and said that I was trying to get hold of THEM. I got an email back that told me to stop yelling, the caps weren't necessary. He said I was rude on a phone call. I don't remember talking to them on the phone but if I did it was probably frustration as I just wanted to cancel. Then he attacked my labeling of she/her/hers in my signature. Completely unprofessional. I get jobs can be hard but emails are easier to be cordial in, wait till you can be to respond. This was completely uncalled for. Still not sure I have it cancelled. I guess I'll see when they take "nonrefundable" money from me again after I asked to cancel.

Mike Summers was great to work with he explained everything in detail he is very polite and pleasant to talk to .He returned my calls with quick response .yes indeed mike summers is very professional and enjoys his job and helping others great company .

It was an unique pleasure dealing with the staff, as they were knowledgeable, helpful, presented options and most importantly courteous. If they were going to be a few minutes late in returning a call, I actually received a text stating such & scheduled another time convenient to me. I feel comfortable they will continue operating in this manner as they now have my business. I would use them again.

I had a 650 credit score. I have a 410 now. They are next to impossible to get a hold of.. and when you do they are not there to help.. to get you off the phone they say a supervisor will call you and they never do. They can take up to 4 years to pay your bills off by that time your credit score will be beyond repair. I have been lied to and because I didn't read the small print and was mislead while in the contract signing stage .. I have to claim bankruptcy because a bank is going to put lien's on everything I own... This is so crazy because I didn't have problems paying my bills. I never missed payments.

This company has representatives that will talk down to you and tell you that your dum for not making a decision to go with them. They just called me again and were rude and saying good luck with my debt then hang up on me. We I first received this offer in the mail I was under the impression it was for a different type of loan. I was polite and let them run there process. They got really rude and talking down to me after they told me I was approved but decided not to use them. I would not trust them. I also would not allow them to talk to me in that manner. Do not use this company. Do not give them any information!

I receive many companies prequalified loan / debt savers and have always thought would be a hassle and won’t qualify for what I need. I received a few one day and picked Tripoint’s not sure what I liked more about there’s over the rest. Here’s where I normally get confused , filling out the application. Tripoints was really easy , short . I didn’t believe I would get any follow up . Maybe 12 hrs later I received a call and my phone auto kicked it to voice mail that is not yet set up. I wouldn’t have called the number back but I received an email follow up and showed Lisa’s name and phone number. I called and Lisa answered ( I was very shocked an actual person answered). She explained everything so easy and what type loan would be best for my needs. It was better then I thought. Lisa , Thank you so very much.
