This company caused me to be sued by my creditors and then they said there was nothing they could do with the extremely high payment that I was forced to pay. I went from paying around 300.00 to 900.00 a month. I paid for services not received!

Best communication I've experienced working with a company. Fully transparent and everything was disclosed. No hidden fees and no pressure to do anything I didn't want to do. They worked hard with me on achieving my goals…. A+ overall rating!

Calling JW Financial was the best decision I've made. I tried my best to manage my financials during this covid period but unfortunately I used a lot of my credit limit and got stuck. My bank wouldn't refinance my loans and couldn't consolidate them either and I had no clear vision on how to get back on track until I ran across JW Financial and decided to give them a try. Again, it was the best decision in my life. I am happy to say I am back on track financially and couldn't of done it with out your help.

So I found JW Financial Solutions and submitted our application. We received the approval the same day and decided to pull the trigger and accept the loan. We had the funds within 2 days and are really thankful. The loan worked out great for us and we are very thankful.

I was referred to JW Financial Solutions from a friend that used them a few months ago. I am very glad she suggested I use them for a personal loan as I had a great experience. They help you out with the application and were very patient with me. The parts I had a hard time answering, they were able to guide me on finding the information and I really felt they had my best interest at hand.

It was horrible!. They told me I legally could not be contacted by the company's I had debt. Next thing they try as and sell me insurance to cover any cost if these companies if they were to take me to court. I declined. Next thing I get a court summons. Had to go to court!!! Luckily their legal representative didn't show up in time and the judge let me go. I had to sell my house to pay off the debt. Since them I have been unable to afford an apartment so I've been living with friends. I had to call customer service so many times. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Rip off! They didn’t fund my account up front like other reviews have stated. They want my accounts to be negatively affected before they do anything. I had to pay late fees on top of not getting a refund! What a way to put me further in debt.

I received a letter in the mail for the services of debt consolidation. I called the number and first spoke to Abraham who then transferred me to Brandon. He went through my credit report, read off my credit and what bills I was looking to pay off. I explained to Brandon twice I am not looking for your company to negotiate my debt with my creditors, or have me not pay my bills or have creditors contacting me. I am looking for a debt consolidation loan to where you pay my creditors and I pay back with interest to you. He said TWICE the money will be deposited into your account. NOT! This company provides a service where you have to change the address of your credit you want paid off to their address and phone number. You DO NOT pay your cards and neither do they while they negotiate with them and then in the mean time your credit score goes down as well as the information gets listed on your credit report. I worked with Dennise finally and I was approved to where I was saving so much money with me thinking they were paying off my debt. So please be careful because they are not. This will destroy your credit. It's like filing bankruptcy!! I ALSO FIND IT VERY HARD TO BELIEVE THEY ONLY HAVE 5 STARS!!!

I signed up for the program about 2 months ago... I decided to go another route and canceled my service with jw... when you sign up theybstate your not responsible for anything if you decide to cancel or liable for anything and you get your money back.. thats not the case here I was told I would get my 2 payments back in full which I did not im still owed 226 dollars.. when I called for the rest of the 226 they said it would b 7-10 business days before I would get the 226 back... I never received the 226 so I call again and am told that there was a legal plan in place and they are keeping my 226 dollars... this place will scam you out of your money buyer beware

They helped us trmendously and although we were very nervous over the whole process. John answered all our questions and relieved our anxieties. He was very kind and was able assist us with confidence and that made our decision easier.

Simply said, this was the best financial transaction I've experienced. Very professional and informative. They did not waste my time
