I am a first time home buyer and had the pleasure of working with Dave at Northern Mortgage Company. Dave was extremely helpful and thorough during the entire process. He was always willing to answer questions via email or phone, and his response time was incredible. Working with Dave turned what could have been a very stressful process into something I could understand step by step. I appreciate his attention to detail and would happily work with Northern Mortgage Company in the future for my financial needs.

5/2/2016 David helped us once again refinance our home and did a great job in obtaining a 20 year loan with NO mortgage insurance based on our insufficient equity which other lenders could not accomplish. The loan process was smooth, we closed Escrow very quickly and the loan fee was almost zero. I would highly recommend David for your home purchase or refinance needs. 11/27/2013 David did such a good job in refinancing our home, obtained the best rate possible, he was honest, fast and dedicated. His outcome was a bless for our family because we can now afford our home more easily. I won't hesitate to do another transition with David.

We recently refinanced our home with a VA loan through Northern Mortgage Company. We worked with Nichole Marie Ellis through most of the process and she kept us very informed on the status of the loan. It took a little while to close the loan due to some unique circumstances on our end needing my military separation documents and being a business owner. We had 2 other loan companies that couldn't close the deal but Nichole and the team at Northern Mortgage got the job done.
