I think we all know the process of refinancing a mortgage can be a complex, arduous undertaking. Aron Rofer at PCMA did a great job walking me through the process and insuring that everything was being handled with care and focus. My experience with PCMA for my refi was excellent. PCMA was a great help in arranging my refinance for my home. My husband and I are retired, so it was difficult to confirm a large income. They were able to convert some of our large assets into income figures, and therefore were able to qualify us for the loan. I would not have faith in the acumen of a company which sends letters over and over to prospective clients as this one does. I have received, without exaggeration, TWENTY letters from them, usually one to two per week, since February. The postage costs money. I have put Return to Sender on them, and they keep coming. I do not respect this behavior nor what it does to the environment, the USPS which has to deliver them, and the trash collectors who haul them from my home.

Highly recommend using PCMA for your lending needs. Very easy to work with, make it as painless as possible and have many different solutions to suit your needs. It was great working with them. They are proactive and highly professional.

PCMA was able to help refinance our property and take cash out. The experience was quick and painless as opposed to the normal banking process. Sam M. our loan officer was very polished and professional. He went through various loan options to choose from. I also worked with Kim M. to finish the loan funding.
