Summer is fantastic! She locked in a rate very early, which protected me from the rapid rise in interest rates happening during the purchase process. She stayed in touch throughout the entire process, keeping me informed and answering every question I had quickly and clearly. And she got me to closing 7 days early! Also, my realtor and escrow officer both spontaneously told me Summer was excellent to work with. And at the final signing, my escrow officer commented on how good my interest rate was and how reasonable my closing costs were. Most importantly, Summer's kind and thoughtful and genuinely wants to help. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. I would absolutely work with her again, and would enthusiastically refer family and friends to her.

If you are looking for a Loan Officer, Summer is an absolute must! Buying a new house in this market feels like a battle within itself, let alone like a mad whirlwind of must-haves, and must-dos. Summer was recommended to us by our relator, and my goodness, we completely lucked out. She was SO easy to work with, kept everything fluid and unbelievably organized. It took so much stress off our shoulders to feel like we had a loan officer that was on our side, and willing to work with us as we worked out the logistics of being approved for our new home. We would work with Summer again, and again. Could not recommend her enough!
