The refinance process went very smoothly. Steve Rhee the loan officer and Esmeralda Mendez the loan processor were very nice and worked very promptly to make it a very easy process. I would highly recommend them for any refinancing needs. They were both very quick to respond any time I needed help.

I have used Amerihome for 2 refinances and they are professional, efficient, and oriented to providing great customer service. Each time I had a smooth and nearly effortless transaction. They even sent the notary to my home for the closing! For both refis I worked with Randy Ramos as my loan officer. He is obviously experienced and knowledgeable and can walk you through the numbers and answer any questions you might have. He's worked with enough clients that he could anticipate my needs and what my questions might be. This last time, Kimberly Griffith was my loan processor, and she stayed on top of all my paperwork, even more than I did. And it seemed that she was always available to respond to emails, even off hours. So I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees in particular.

I don't usually write reviews but I just had to for this one! This is our second time refinancing with AmeriHome and all I can say is WOW!! Our loan officer was Kris Co and let me tell you hands down the best. The process it's self was very smooth and easy going. Of course like many loans we will be needed something for underwritters but it was super simple to do so with the perfect guidance Kris gave us. He was ALWAYS a phone call away and if he was busy he made sure to return your call as soon as he was able to. The true definition of exellent customer service. Kris Co, my loan officer, was proactive & advised on next steps so that I wasn't surprised by what would occur next. He also answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He communicates very well although sometimes he over-communicated. :-) Nevertheless, I'd rather have too much info versus not enough. He was readily accessible via text & email. Lastly, Kris was personable & he set the stage for my interactions with others (e.g. Brandi Clements - loan processor). Brandi advised on the timing for the loan closure and it closed just as she said it would. I will definitely keep these two on my contact list for future business & referrals.
