Service to the client is the worse thing, if you go there to sell your gold youre not even aloud to se when they weigh your gold, they accused me to think that they were going to steel me, WORSE PLACE EVER

Everytime I go into the Value Pawn on 7000 S. Hwy. 17-92 I’m welcomed with such professional hospitality. The manager Liz and employees such as Steve always want what’s best for the customer and really go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Highly recommend that if you need to pawn, GO TO THEM!!

Went there at 9am about 5 other people waiting the others left around 9:15 I stayed. Around 9:30am I see an employee who sees me standing just goes across the street so I asked him loudly are they opening at 10am because the website says 9am he tells me yes so I see other people coming and leaving because apparently they also think there opening at 9am. Around 10:15am a lady comes (apparently the manager) and opens and instead of saying goodmorning ..she tells me we won't open until 10:30am ..the absolute worst pawn shop I ever been too so overall I had to wait 1hr 30 mins for them to open. PLEASE AVOID THIS PAWN SHOP!!!

Today was my 1st time even going to this store and to be honest, I didn't know what to expect as it is a 'pawn shop' …. but the staff was friendly and even though busy, they took the time to call their manager and get me the best deal possible on a lightly used bike. Now, I'm certain they only paid pennies on the dollar for what I bought but then again I got it for less than half what it would be to buy new - EVERYONE WINS. I would definitely shop here again.

Store has great customer service !!! I have enjoyed going into shop here, staff is very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends to come here and shop great prices and variety of items and mostly awesome staff !!!

Value pawn on 7000 S hwy 17-92 has great service but in particular my representative Liz she goes above and beyond giving great customer service, I went in to buy some specific gifts that I wanted for my Christmas shopping and she did a great job showing all the different options she had to offer. She was very friendly and you can tell she had good selling experience she was the best at helping me and making sure I was satisfied with my purchase I even added insurance!!! The store was clean and the other girls working there were also very friendly ! Overall I had a good shopping experience I would definitely be going back and I have recommend to my family and friends and best thing is Liz talks not only talks English but also Spanish which is awesome !!! Good store to shop at !!!

Yulisa is the best employee in this store. Go see her and she will definitely help you out. It can be a purchase, loan, sale, she will definitely cover you need. Best pawnshop in the area.

I been to a lot of pawn shops but this by far is the best one ever! The customer service here is amazing especially Linda, she was so nice. I went here with my boyfriend looking for a tv and I found the perfect one for my living room. I am definitely coming back to get some new things. 10/10 would recommend!!

Steve always helps me beyond the call of duty. He knows what he is doing and he knows I always pay off my loans. I can call if I am out of town and he always helps me out. I always makes sure that he is the one to help me because I know it will be done right.

Luis was awesome very helpful had a couple items I was trying to get off my hand and he help me figure out the best option for them all!

These two people are homeless and worked their way in to my uncle’s house who passed away. We got the eviction on them but I know they pawned everything to your store. Please do not except anything from them. Police are involved. Thank You

Left with more then what I expected to find at pawn shop, ( it’s always a gamble not knowing what you can find or even finding what your looking for) I definitely happy with the price. I went in to get a loan for a name plate necklace that I've never taken off since I got it at age 12. It was rough emotionally but Steve and Julissa made it a smooth transition and smooth transaction. Thank you guys for the reassurance and I'll definitely be back for my chain.

Frequented this location for two years now, and prefer it over all other locations in the Seminole county area. Linda, Julisa, Alyssa, always make my experience amazing. Especially getting on Linda’s nerves anytime I come in. The new store manager is pleasant to work with and doesn’t treat me like I’m just a customer. But, I imagine she’s more than fair to everyone. Kudos ladies for running a tight ship! The tool room looks great all organized as well.

Sold my Apple Watch. Got okay money. Went quick and easy. Liz was very helpful and knew more about my technology than I did, so that was refreshing.
