Amscot - The Money Superstore FL, Casselberry

We are staying at the hotel next to this place while waiting for our home to be done with it’s final touches, went to change $6 to get quarters while I’m doing laundry but the black American woman who was there was very unhelpful, she said she won’t give me $6 quarters UNLESS I’m making a transaction! She suggested for me to go walk a mile with my toddler to go to 7/11 just to change $6. It’s just $6 quarters what’s the big deal?? And her tone was off and the way she looked at me was weird. This AMSCOT Place have always been very unhelpful NEVER go to this place!!! Dec 4th Saturday @ 2pm whoever was on this shift was very unprofessional.

An employee named Kita is always positive and very helpful. This is one of the best amscots I ever went to. It’s very clean and they get people in and out in a matter of minutes! Great service !!

Representative avoided eye contact, didn’t directly address me, didn’t answer my questions, and generally left me out of the loop until the very end. In the end they couldn’t do anything for me since they had to redeposit my check due to them not putting in the correct routing number. I am encountering new levels of incompetence at every local branch I have been in the past couple months.

I have always had a wonderful experience! All the staff are amazing and caring! They are a blessing in my time of need!

JUAN Was very rude and unprofessional I walked out of this store and took my business to the Walmart money center down the road

I find it hard to believe a place a business refuses to allow paying customers to utilize there restroom facility. I am not sure if this is a store to store case or corporate but it is not cool. So when in an emergency don’t expect to use there facilities while doing other business with them.

Wow,, amazing everytime i go there Kita always takes care my me,, she asks me if there is anything else she can help with, shes fast counting that money always,, her attitude always positive and shes always smiling,,when i go to this Amscot i have never had an issue,, they are the best when it come to getting that PAPER!!!

The worst place ever I hate this place so much cuz the people that work there. I waited an hour so they could tell me to f off. Got nothing done they called cooperate on me cuz they thought I was lying about where I worked. Like what kinda stuff is that? If they had a zero star option I would give it cuz I hate this specific amscot. They got me so mad nothing they can do can make me feel any different I hate you Juan if that's your name. And Katie too. They are the WORST

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. The dude (whom, I assume, is the manager) had the nastiest attitude (not sure if it was because the person I went with had a letter that was giving to her by an institution for a certain type of assistance. I understand if you don't accept it, BUT BE COURTEOUS and inform people that you do not accept it IN A NICE WAY. YOU WORK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE, Assh*le. ) Not my fault you hate your job.

Juan and Omar were great! In and out in 3 minutes and there were 6 ppl when I got there.
