Ana is the greatest employee that you all have!! I think she is a asset to your company and always very cheerful and courteous!! We have been a customer with ace cash express for a long time and she has always been very helpful with our needs!!

we came to cash a treasurer's check for my grandmother and we sat here for 30 min waiting for "approval" from her supervisor after speaking with her supervisor she had to contact someone else which was another 20 min wait. Than she had to contact the bank that issued the check to "verify" the check. they should remove check cashing from their options of service because clearly they are inefficient at it. The lady then had my grandmother give her personal information over the phone through speaker phone so everyone In the store could hear her. I mean seriously I cant imagine what happens to elderly people that come in here with no one to help them stay secure. I'm baffled by how ACE does business.

The lady was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I needed to cash a check I could not deposit in my bank (Govt check) and she looked up my profile and did everything professionally and with a smile. I highly recommend this location and Ace to others

I had a horrible experience where they did even do anything for me. She almost accidentally voided a 1000 dollar check and told me I had to wait 30 minutes to get an answer. I asked for my check back because I could deposit it in my bank and pay late fees the next day for the cash I would have had if she hadn't wasted so much time. She said she had to call her boss to see if she could give me my check back. This made me very upset. Later that evening I had to email and call my accountant for over an hour to explain everything. And then they emailed me at least 5 times asking for a review so here it is.

Ana Rodriguez was very helpful in teaching the new paperless procedure to my wife.

Ms.Ana is really great I brought in a pay check I have gotten paid from my job that was barely legible and I had just went to amscot and also Walmart they both couldn’t do anything for me I came here and spoke with Ana and she some how worked it out and I got paid THANK YOU MS.ANA❤️
