The best shop in Central Florida...by far. Gary. Sheba & Damaris are always fair & have been more than understanding with me. I recommend anybody to do business with them. Great prices, variety, service & a cool atmosphere is what you get when you pay them a visit

Damaris is a delight to work with. I had a bad experience in another pawn shop, and she was just a huge help and so polite and patient. I will be coming back for sure.

All five women that were working there don’t want to work and have bad attitudes. Don’t even want to do their job. And we’re no help. It’s sad you come in for a good customer service and they have an attitude before you even open your mouth.

Gary the manager is very condescending and arrogant. When the sales associate Tasheba had him come out to help with pricing of a pendant. The first thing Gary said to me was the company doesn’t allow us to discount things when it came out in November. I worked in a pawnshop for years and knew this information was not true. Next Gary said you have the money, I said that’s just rude. This is my second encounter with him, neither have been great. I purchased the pendant because Tasheba was so kind.

Gary has always treated me with honesty and respect! I check in every couple of weeks.

When I think of Value Pawn, I think of Damaris. Each time I’ve popped in she greeted me and showed she was interested in helping me in any way she could to ensure I had the BEST experience. She was very professional and knowledgeable about the jewelry and what the best jewelry to purchase was. Impeccable looks as well as good price. Overall EXTREMELY satisfied!

Gary and Cruz were awesome today. I asked to have two different tickets and Cruz was able to make this possible very quickly and I was able to get the prices that I asked no hassle. This is the only fun shop that I go to highly recommended. That's a good man

I traveled from port orange the only store I can trust dealt with the holly hill store and they sold my items that and sentimental value after having them for years they knew my items were new and did not call me to let me know my payment was due I had so much going on it really slipped my mind the manager said they are only required to call or send post cards if they feel like it. I said I won't ever deal with value pawn again but then I remembered how the service was in Longwood and how well they took care of account and belongings I drove the distance. They are outstanding treat everyone like people not like holly hill they think everyone is a drug addict.

The staff here is awesome, I've been coming for years but for some reason haven't left a review. Nicole was the one who helped me today and she was able to get me exactly what I needed to get through to my next paycheck. Must say I have had the best experience with Mike and his staff. When times are ruff Mike will try his best to make sure you are a satisfied customer. If your looking to Pawn, put something on layaway or pay for something cash come to this branch and see Mike and his wonderful staff.

Mike was an excellent help on getting me a good price for my items and got us what we needed, with great customer service I will be back. And also way better then cash America.

Avoid at all cost!!! BEWARE!!! Very sketchy place of business! I contacted them about an item I wanted to purchase, they said they had in stock and did not want to hold it for me even after telling them I live far from them. Then they wanted me to pay for the item over the phone! Super sketchy! And when I refused to pay for the item over the phone, the person says that the item is sold! This place is Very sketchy! I mean it’s a pawn shop lol but even other pawn shops have standards. Do yourself a favor and go to another Pawn shop or don’t go here at all.
