NuView Trust Longwood

Our family has multiple accounts with NuView, that are open 5+ years, and we are VERY, VERY HAPPY we decided to go with NuView. The employees are a pleasure to deal with and the website is easy to use and secure. The opportunities at NuView are not available at most large, commercial, brokerage firms. If you want to invest your retirement funds in real estate, and other investments, definitely consider moving to NuView. You will not regret it.

Lots of 5 star reviews but I'm not one of them. I've had 3 different investments and all were difficult, at best. The most common answer is "Yeah, we don't do that." Just today I needed a payoff statement for a second mortgage that I own. "Yeah, we don't do that" I have to type it up myself and send it to them to sign. I guess that's fine, do you have a template or a link or any help at all. "No, that's up to you. I can send you a statement though. It'll be in your email in 10 minutes." 4 hours later, nothing. I'll be closing my account as soon as this transaction is complete.

I transferred my self-directed Roth IRA to NuView Trust. I dealt with Brian Martinez and found him very professional and very knowledgeable. The process was so much easier than with my previous custodian. The fees that NuView charges are much less than my previous custodian. I would highly recommend them.
