I had a great experience ring shopping, but I impulsively bought something for my son and should've done my research. It retails for 20 brand new in the box and I paid 31 plus the insurance they sell. I only realized it after I left and was trying to connect it and Google the instructions. Best buy had them on clearance for 14.99. When I called, I was told I had to return it before end of day so not a 24 hour return. If you buy something please check the price. I literally could've gotten two for less than what I paid for one. Also if you buy something apparently you only have until the end of the day. I explained that I would've been there first thing after I drop the kids off in the morning, but it had to be before end of day even though I bought it in the afternoon. Luckily it wasn't a super expensive mistake but I feel like I would like the warning before hand so this doesn't happen to another distracted customer.

I came in to purchase a bike and the Fern Park location. Mike was exceptionally knowledgeable and catered to every question I had. I am not an easy person to please but Mike surely extended all pleasantries and generosity. I will definitely be back !

We had a wonderful experience at the Value Pawn at 8345 US Hey 17-92 in Fern Park, FL 32730. Ruben was a true gentleman. He was very helpful in answering every question we had. We felt very comfortable and not rushed to buy. You have an awesome employee in Ruben. I have my eye on a couple of items and will be back to purchase as soon as $ is available. Keep up the good customer service. By the way, the other two gentlemen were very friendly.

Rachel is the sweetest person and customer service is always top shelf and they contact me when I'm late and they're very courteous and I've never had a problem at this store ever especially when Rachel is there .... Today, both Steve and Antonio provided great service and helped me with the best customer service and provided and little conversation while I was in store.
