This is the bank to go to if you want to get misinformation about opening a corporate account, and no one iis n charge during the limited hours they are open. This is also the bank you want to go to if you want to get hung up on by a VP of banking, Tia. It is also the bank you want to go to if the management thinks it is okay to abuse long time customers, and values rude employees. Happily moving my long time accounts else where.

It is nice to go into a bank with friendly faces and people who recognize me instead of just another check coming in.

I have been a customer of Valley Bank for many years. It's nice to have a locally-owned bank where you can have access to the bank's management. Valley Bank is especially helpful to small business owners.

This place closes a 3 now. Businesses in Nevada have reopened, yet Bank of Nevada is still closed at a ridiculous hour. Not a good business practice

Best bank ever. Staff always greets you by name as you walk in the door. Open all regular business hours and allows you to make withdrawals from any ATM with ZERO fees. Going on 7 years with Valley Bank and never any issue that they wouldn't bend over backwards to resolve.

Valley Bank is not your typical bank. They believe in going out to see their clients in their place of business and learning how to better serve them. Ron especially, believes in staying in front of his customers. Since 2005 Valley Bank has been providing businesses with the products and services they need to grow.They also provide courier service-literally bringing the bank to you!

So very disappointing...my fiance will be closing his bank account from here... Our suspension went put on our car and if you know anything about cars that's not good well guy comes out I explained to him what happened and he showed no sympathy he was more worried about his parking spots when there was about 12 others opened and I mind you they are closed on Fridays I talked to the companies I the strip mall and all the spots are for the bank employees only...it's just very dissapointing that nobody now days have any sympathy especially on hit days appreciate guys you just lost a customer......we just finished what we needed to do 3 hours later and having to move the car witch mate things worse...not 1 single person showed up to park in those spots unbelievable!!! thanks valley bank you open tomorrow and my fiance will be closing his account

I opened my first account when I was a 13 and even after moving away from Las Vegas I still use Valley Bank of Nevada. There is no better bank, period.

Drove all the way there to realize they didn’t take payments there lol
