Conveniently located around my neighborhood. Have been a long time member since it's small humble beginnings. I continue to patronize as they handle my mortgage and auto loans.

Not this branch but Navy Federal over all. Don't get their credit cards, they will are slow at best in dealing with fraud with cards. Have fraud notification setup, called within 2 mins of card being used over 2k miles away. I froze card and they still allowed card to be charged. assured me it would be taken care of, well they posted fraud charges to new card. Can't tell me when my new card will arrive, call three times with three different answer on when I would get credited for fraudulent charges. End result they said I may be responsible for the charges. Bottom line I would not get a credit card from them. I have froze all my cards with them, and going some where else that offers better protections.

Wait times are ridiculous and I had to go back to the dealership to get the check they messed up and then wait another 45 minutes in line again just to pick up a check.

I want to give no stars. The last three times I’ve attempted to deposit checks in two months the atm’s tell me they can’t. I have to drive 30 minutes to go to this location because the second location is an hour away from me. After 10 years Of great service, I’m leaving Navy Fed because of this reoccurring experience. Completely unsat and if they had hours of operation after 90% of us working people clock out for they day I wouldn’t be so upset.

I can't believe all the complaints regarding ATM depositing problems. Why use the ATM if you can deposit the checks online by taking pictures front and back of the check. I deposit all my checks online and no problem at all.

I love my bank.The staff there are always polite and knowledgeable. They make me feel like they appreciate my business.

There getting so bad Stealing peoples money processing stuff early processing stuff late when it comes to your deposits just so you can owe them some money I’m so tired of them….Customer service used to be the best now it’s the worst….I hate banks but USAA have to be better than this.
