The staff are great and always helpful. Derrick specifically has assisted my family with many investments. He even advised us of loans rates that were being lowered without being requested. Saved us money just by being a member! It doesn't get much better than that. Great service, courteous and professional😀 Bank where you're not just a number.

Dear Clark County Credit Union, thank you soooooo much for having such great staff that actually follow through. Staff like Alysha and Sara who called back until the issue was resolved. In these trying times, it is hard to find employees who actually care and take the time to listen and respond so diligently. It's nice to know that I can count on Clark County Credit Union and excellent staff.

CCCU use to be a great credit union, I have previously done business with them in the past also previously paying off an auto loan with them. Tried to restart membership with them after having a great experience 8 years ago and now their customer service has gone completely left, no simplicity in the account opening process, nearly impossible to speak to a rep in customer service or even inquire about your application. All communication is done by email, it's 2020. Decided to take my business somewhere that appreciates their customers.

Love this location. Super friendly and they make a point of knowing their members. Loan process is simple, rates are great! I financed 2 cars through their auto program. Tina and OJ got me EXACTLY the cars I asked for, leather seats, fully loaded, all at competitive prices. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my financial needs.

I use the Decatur location most but have gone to others in the Valley. Every time the tellers are nice, friendly, & always helpful.

The Clark County Credit Union location at Decatur near the I-215 is convenient location. Everyone at this location is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. I consistently have a pleasant experience at the Decatur location and greeted the moment I enter.. I would recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you

The tellers at this location are great. They remember me when I come in and always thank me for being a member. FYI, they do NOT have a drive up, but you can access indoor ATM 24 hrs with your card. They are near a Starbucks; that can make for a busy parking lot so be advised. I usually park across the main driveway. They used to be open on Sat pre-Covid; hope they open on Sat again soon.

This credit union and the people that work here are amazing. They are so fast, efficient, and nice. I really appreciate Darrick and Amber and how easy and convenient they make it to work with. I am a very busy guy and they just keep things so simple and quick. They also respond back very quick! This place is great!

I deposited two cashiers checks one for 4000 and the other for more i had a account with cccu for over a year and they told me i had to wait 9 days for it to clear. She said any amount you must wait 9 days. Ill be closeing my account

Amber Ghali, Branch Manager, has assisted me with all my transactions and made each one possible and in a reasonable time. Her service and interpersonal skills are amazingly exceptional.
