Jade Yap - State Farm Insurance Agent Vegas

The staff in this office are terrible and their communication is miserable at best. We will be switching to a different provider as soon as we possibly can. Not only did Jade’s team call me to ask about when we wanted to go active for our insurance on a home we were no longer under contract for— (mind you we had already gotten a new/different quote the day prior from THEIR OFFICE for the house we subsequently went under contract for before this confused/bumbling call).. Also, calls like “can you call me and remind me the day you sign on the house?” As well as “I dont know who your loan originator is” after I specifically introduced them and looped both parties into email threads. His team also waited until hours after signing the closing papers on our house to call to say they need to change the price on an insurance quote for the home. Having 2 OTHER houses in a different state with a different agent and a customer of State Farm for almost 10 years, this is by far the most underwhelming experiences with a State Farm I’ve had. I understand customer service isn’t a priority anymore post-Covid, but really?

I've had the opportunity to deal with different insurance companies. Truly the best experience I've had is with State Farm, mainly because of the level of personalized care I get from Maria. There is no question that ever goes unanswered. What I appreciate the most is that she really looks out for the best ways to save you money! Maria is not just trying to acquire more & more policies, she is genuinely committed to taking care of all her clients by putting their best interest in mind. Make sure you ask for Maria, she's the best!!

Great office! I love the service given! Called in with some billing questions and was more than happy with service and explanation. Best person in the office RAMON MONTOYA! Great at explaining my coverage! Ramon was also able to help me with my vehicle loan! YES!! StateFarm has a BANK!! Amazing customer service! And they do the best on getting you the best coverage you need. I had Ramon Montoya help me out and I'm happy with my coverage definitely would recommend to give him a call and get setup. He was very attentive and answered all my questions.

So I went to State Farm just for home owners insurance and ended up bundling home and auto. They gave me an unarguable rate that those other insurance companies couldn't match. When I was shopping around I had a list of questions and thanks to Rosie, most of my questions I had for her we're answered on the spot. If she didn't have an answer for me right away, she made sure to get back to me as soon as she had one. So for someone like myself with very little patience, I am very pleased with how fast the process went. Thanks again Rosie!

Love my agent! Robin is super helpful and informative regarding insurnace policies. She helped me even get a credit card! Also they offer car loans! She was able to help me get a low interest rate and I was able to walk in and out of a dealership with no trouble. State Farm customer for life!

My husbands windshield cracked so I had to call my agent Robin. I was at work when I called so I didn't have any of my insurance information on me. Robin did a 3rd party call for me to help with my claim She stayed on the phone with me to give all the information ( vin, make, model) that was needed. She was very helpful and I was thankful for her taking the time to help.

We had been with our last insurance company for many years. Ramon made the transfer very easy. The quotes he brought to us were much less than our previous insurer. He kept us informed about every step. His customer service made it very comfortable to ask questions. If we have any questions in the future, he will be our first contact. Excellent customer service goes along way. Ramon has it.
